I am happy to visit this salon. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. I am glad that I once turned to Lyudmila's cosmetologist for help. I found a competent specialist who managed to save me from skin problems. Now I look in the mirror with pleasure, I see the result of her painstaking work in the reflection. The work is beyond praise.

Today I visited the Chick-Chick salon and was at the Air Touch coloring by master Xenia. I would like to note that the procedure was very careful and precise. Ksenia is a true professional in her field!
During the coloring, I enjoyed delicious coffee and a pleasant conversation. The master gave me a lot of useful recommendations on hair care after the procedure, which I really liked.
In general, I was satisfied with the result and the atmosphere in the cabin. I recommend it to anyone who wants to update their image!

I attended several procedures in this salon and was very satisfied. I would like to note the cleanliness, friendliness and skill. Master Irina, a professional in her field and a person with a capital letter, I want to come to her again and again (you can say I found a new friend). I advise, I recommend, they will always offer tea or coffee, treat you with candy and ask how your day went.

Initially, I came for grooming + trimming tips. I previously asked the master if it was possible to make light, inconspicuous layers on my hair, whether they required styling and whether they would match my hair structure. The master explained that she would be able to do this and would not have to pack. We agreed that we would remove 5 cm and the "light cascade" would start not from the shoulder, but much lower. After the haircut, everything looked relatively good. Because of the "grooming", the hair was straight and sleek. The next morning, as I washed my hair and dried it with a hair dryer, I was shocked. This miracle could not be laid down, it looked like it had been chopped off at different ends. I spent the whole day in the tail, and in the evening I went to fix it. The new master was also shocked by this haircut, it took a long time to fix, and as a result, I lost almost half of my length, because it was impossible to keep at least some decent look to my hair while maintaining the length. It's a pity that in 2 days I had to spend so many tears, nerves and money to end up losing half my hair length.

I came to this salon for the first time a couple of months ago. I bought into the advertising on Instagram, they promised a bonus for a haircut, care, well, in fact, they applied a mask. Master Svetlana pleasantly surprised me. I listened, cut my hair, made a mask, and then adjusted my wishes for the finish. Bottom line, I'm happy!
I came to the cosmetologist Lyudmila a little later and was also quite glad that I signed up for this salon. Lyudmila is both a pleasant person and an excellent specialist!
But today, it was just creepy ...
a master with experience, a top master, as they say, did something on my head .... Inna very quickly heard what I wanted and began training. To my surprise, the application of complex coloring lasted very quickly. Washed off, tinted, and voila, I'm not the one who knows myself at all... All the comments were attributed to my natural tone... It is a pity that the masters work the old-fashioned way and do not want to develop in their profession. It's a whole huge science that should make us happier from reflection in the mirror ...
Yes, the master did not take into account the nuances of the dye and my hair, although I'm sure she could see already in the process that something went wrong. But it's easier to say that this is such a client, or rather hair... But it was necessary to discuss and warn about the possible result.
Bottom line, before you become a top master, upgrade your skills first.
And I will add that the client's hair should still be treated a little more gently, and the clothes should be protected more carefully, because I left with a wet neck and back.

I left the salon in a great mood. The haircut is very cool. Coloring too. But after 10-12 days, disappointment ((( the delicate peach shade disappeared after the second shampooing. Although I used special tools, by the way, purchased in the same salon on the recommendation of an employee. The main color has become peeling, brightness and juiciness have disappeared ....it's a pity...It was so beautiful right away...after 15 days, I decided to clarify in the salon why all the paint had completely peeled off. All the gray hair completely appeared, the temples became all gray....but the salon said that it was like I was dyed BLONDE!!! (Complete nonsense!!! Be careful! For 150 rubles + wiring for "cool" shampoos for 40 rubles, you can get just a haircut))) Master Alexandra tried so hard))) remember this salon and this master, if after spending almost 200 rubles you do not want to turn your head into a mangy tow ((((( a terrible place and a terrible master
Do you want to purchase 10-12 days after visiting the salon (what a big word for washed towels, worn-out negligees, uncomfortable waiting somewhere in a dark corner of your queue ...) a shabby color and the need to completely repaint in a normal salon??? And you will get all this happiness for only 150 rubles)))) Then here you are. In 1 hour and 40 minutes, the master managed to listen to my wishes, prepare the paint (I pay attention to the fact that I was not even shown a palette of colors to choose from...it looks like they used what was left by the end of the working day), to produce the so-called complex coloring (although the result can easily be mistaken for highlighting), to cut and style the hairstyle)))) That's the speed - it's not surprising that the paint peeled off in 10 days. In a purely human way, money thrown away on a hand...Pogo masters. I'm sorry for being blunt. By the way, a question for the salon - does your site slow down from so many "positive" fake reviews from yourself to your beloved?

I really like this barbershop! I only make up for them. I changed several masters, and there were unsuccessful colorings. But I found my master and my color formula))). I used to make up at Nastya Larina's, but she doesn't work there now. And now I go to Elena - the result is always pleasing and even exceeds expectations! Thanks!
