We checked into this hotel for the first time. The location is very good, it is located on the side of the national road, just 3.6 km from the airport. It is a large three-storey hotel with more than 60 rooms. There are free parking spaces in front and back. The hotel also has a beautiful exterior. It is decorated in golden color and looks elite. There are shops and restaurants. , cafes and schools around it, a polyclinic, landmarks of arrival: Monument to Z.M. A very nice, new hotel. The rooms are superbly large, the interior is very pleasant.... there is one nuance: it smells of cigarette smoke all the time, although the room (#310) was non-smoking (probably the extractor hood in the bathroom draws smoke from the lower floor). Breakfast is a three-course buffet for such a good hotel (we could have improved the assortment). Good location. There are two parking lots: on the street and in the yard.
The staff is friendly (although, when checking in, the character at the reception talked on the phone for a long time and clarified the relationship with his colleague, but after an affirmative remark he had to speed up the registration).
I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip if I keep the current status.

Very polite staff, only two disadvantages there is no smart TV and the pool turned out to be a little muddy. Everything else is great. The room is on the 3rd floor .
There is no kettle , no tea set , no water .
The bedspreads in the room are not washed , dirty.
I had to delay my departure , I left at 15.20 - they asked for an additional payment for half a day .I paid extra .
But! There is no such principle in any hotel , you explain that it is a little late - they enter the situation .
And it is also very unclear why in the summer there is a payment of 609,000 soums per hour for the pool?!
There is no payment for the pool from the guests anywhere in the hotels.

The hotel is good, the rooms are clean, there is a strange smell in the corridor-it's just hard to breathe, the breakfast is delicious, but there is one big one - 2 kitchen workers constantly look at what you put on a plate and ask which room you are from. You feel as if you are about to be told "stop eating".... I would recommend the owners of the hotel to remove these workers from the kitchen further.
