Of the cons, for those who are not used to it, it is very stuffy, low ceilings, but you sweat like a pig and you are warmed up the whole workout.
Of the recent changes, the legendary Ivanovich Sergey Eduardovich no longer trains there, but it's a pity, this man is a legend!

I went to the Chinook boxing section several times. He called and said that he was from Russia. I was told, come if you have the skill. Inexpensive, there are pears, a ring, and sports equipment in the hall. The training does not differ much from the Russian one, it is the same as the Soviet school.
