This is the second time I have been to this institution and for the second time I wonder why this place has such high marks. The food is not bad, but far from ideal, we went around many restaurants in Minsk, almost everywhere the food is definitely not worse, but rather even better. The service is on the 3rd floor, the waiters and the kitchen can not cope with a full landing in the institution, they cook for a very long time, forget to bring the ordered dishes, etc

The air conditioner is turned on to maximum, it is very cold on the highway, it is impossible to change seats as if reserved, although other people took and moved without question. Dumplings and tea waited for an hour, as if cherries and tea leaves were grown before serving.
Waiters need to be caught, they only pay attention from 3-4 times.
I strongly advise against it.

We were in this restaurant during the Gastrofest. The food was hearty, delicious, but the cherry on the cake is a freaky waiter (sorry, I don't remember the name). We are sitting, waiting for the order, and there were really a lot of people, the husband asks the waiter: "Will the food be brought soon?" The waiter:" I'll go check with the boss!"
He returns and gives out: Well ...... they've already fucked the pig!"
Everyone was lying under the table. The order was delivered very soon afterwards.

It's just a wonderful restaurant.
1. The interior - everything looks very entourage, a lot of interesting little things, perfectly suited to the design, national music is playing, but it is not familiar to me.
2. The food is my respect, it is very tasty. We tried the classic borscht, borscht on mushrooms and hodgepodge, it's impossible to break away!
Pancakes, dumplings, a plate of bacon - everything is at the highest level, it's really like home cooking!
3. The staff (except the wardrobe employee) are polite, smiling guys, they pick up the dishes on time, they smile, it is clear that they are trying. We also managed to observe the work of the managers - they helped in the hall, solved the issues that arose, the male manager helped the disabled woman down the stairs, this approach is not found everywhere.
We also got into a slightly awkward situation with dumplings, our order was a little delayed, but the guys met us halfway and solved the issue beyond all praise, for which a separate respect.
But the cloakroom attendant was extremely unhappy with something for the second time, although we didn't even have time to go to the restaurant, she spoiled the mood a little.
4. (Important) The toilet was clean, the dispensary was filled with soap, and there were plenty of paper towels.
I also managed to work in catering once, and there is something to compare the work of the restaurant with.
In summary, I can safely recommend you to visit, you can really eat delicious food and have a good time here.
(Be sure to try borscht and their signature kvass)

We prepared very poorly for the gastrofest.
The table was booked in advance. We were met and posted promptly for this 5.
But then... The dish was waited for about an hour... Nothing... Let's wait, since we've already come... hooray... We waited...
but...
we didn't taste anything. The purpose of my visit was ribs, but I have never seen such a preparation anywhere. One piece was severely overcooked, and the second turned out to be rubber, which was difficult to even cut.
I had to leave this place in a bad mood.
Please contact the administration: everything is fine in your establishment, but if you have subscribed to the gastrofest, provide the kitchen with food.

This institution declares itself as a restaurant of Ukrainian cuisine (prices are restaurant-based, respectively). They put a towel or a mini tablecloth on the table for us. It was washed, but with old greasy stains and simply stripped already. Is it really difficult to get new ones as they wear out? I don't think it's in Slavic traditions to make washed tablecloths for guests. Guests are always offered the best.
By food: we ordered a porcini mushroom sou. The taste is unusual, let's say it's Ukrainian cuisine. The prune juice was good.
The caramel milkshake is not bad, but it is liquid, if there is ice cream there, then obviously not much. Again, let's say this is the idea of a restaurant. They also took dumplings stuffed with porcini mushrooms. We have doubts that these are porcini mushrooms. (we buy them every year and cook them, so we know what the taste of porcini mushrooms is)
The soup was brought immediately and the pancakes quickly.

I visited the restaurant during the gastrofest. It all started with a call to the administrator: this is aerobatics, everything is fast, clear, polite, they called the day before and confirmed the reservation. The interior of the restaurant is like a museum, you can look at it for hours. There is a wardrobe at the entrance, Madame in it is a separate praise) the only thing I didn't like was the food... For some reason, everything is dry, then sour, then bland...nothing caught on, there was no "wow" effect. And there was a great lack of variety of drinks. There are no fruit drinks available and there is a choice of kvass, cola or tea.

Borscht is generally 3 stars (as such). Bacon and brisket are cut into thin strips. Frying pans for 3 points, wow, there is no effect, a lot of potatoes that were overexposed on the fire. We visited this restaurant of Belarusian-Ukrainian cuisine before leaving Minsk, before that we were in a number of establishments of national cuisine, so there is something to compare it with. First of all, the interior, you immediately get into the atmosphere. Attentive and competent waiters will prompt and help if necessary. Be sure to try kvass. Borscht is one of the best in Minsk (to my companion's taste), but the rest of the dishes are at a high level. I recommend you to visit!

Good evening, we were on vacation in Belarus on 25.02. According to reviews, we went to this institution. We made an order, waited for 27 minutes and only then they brought us sliced bacon. But it would be better if they didn't bring more disgusting fat in Belarus, I didn't eat and my wife didn't either. Ksenia, the waiter, didn 't even pay attention to us. Then the rest of the dishes were brought, of which only cabbage pies were delicious. I don't know what this is related to 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️. A good place, cozy, we were at the gastrofest on 11/22.23, they brought a set quickly, potatoes, ears, ribs and pickles were delicious, they ate quickly, but the pork kebab and burger from draniki were not very dry and not very by themselves. Dessert is not bad, but it didn't fit already, we ate too much set for 2 quite 👌 set score for my taste is 7/10.

Borscht with pampushki really liked it. The service leaves much to be desired.
