The temple was built by architect Alexander Viktorovich Vlasov on 02/22/1932 - 6.10.1997 Was born in Vladimir in the family of a builder and a teacher. His grandfather, Fyodor Matveyevich, was also a builder and built the Old Believers Church at the Golden Gate in Vladimir, a Real School and the City Duma building. A.V. Vlasov graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute. He worked in MosGrazhdanproekt, Tsniipgrazhdanselstroy, Vniistrome. In the Lenin Library there is a small book about the problems of rural architecture written by him. Vlasov's former classmate, renowned restorer, engineer Leonard Kaplin, took part in the work on the project as a consultant. The construction of the temple was carried out with large deviations from the project in terms of the architectural decoration of the facades of the building. A.V. Vlasov was laid to rest even before the construction of the temple was completed. He was buried in the cemetery of the village of Malakhovka, Moscow region.
