There is one specialist sitting at the 16th window of the Moscow district. The service of each person is long. We were standing without a ticket (because the machine no longer issued a ticket) and they took a queue (that's what this specialist said). As a result, at 13:00, she accepted everyone on a coupon and told the rest that she would not accept them anymore. It would have been fine, but the girl who was standing behind me really asked for it and was accepted. So if you don't accept people already, then don't accept anyone already. As a result, when I went to get the girl, the lights went off everywhere and that was it. Neither hello nor goodbye. It's a terrible place. If only it worked like that in medicine or in other fields.......

The issuance of passports is poorly organized, passports were ordered urgently, they arrived on the appointed day, but they are not ready yet, so they stood for 3 hours, still waiting for the final registration - how can this be understood? For such a procedure, you can demand a refund for urgency, it turns out, in other areas we demand it if something went wrong. We are all human beings and everyone wants to be treated with respect.

I read the reviews and thought everything would be terrible. I arrived half an hour before the opening, there were already a lot of people. There was a queue as soon as it was launched, but according to the number, it was my turn in 10 minutes. While I was waiting, I made the payment via erip. I did a biometric one, it was very simple and I didn't fill out anything, I just needed my old passport. In theory, I only stayed there for 40 minutes, along with waiting, as I took the number. Served by a young girl, very polite. I picked it up on Saturday morning, too, I thought there would be a lot of people, but there were no windows, everyone was working and there were only 5 people in the hall. Thanks!

It's just a branch of hell on earth!!! Why hasn't anyone figured out the job in so many years? So many complaints? You have to wait at least three hours to pick up your passport! There is only one girl who is not in a hurry, and there are a hundred people in line! At the same time, there is nowhere to sit in the room, it is stuffy. And it's scary to go outside: the queue is not in the order of the numbers, you can just skip when they call. Please put things in order!

Good day! Today I applied for a passport replacement. It took 20 minutes!) It came in 10 minutes. Before lunch. I assumed that I would take the ticket and wait. At 13:02, a guy came out and asked: who is there to serve. There were 2 people. I was invited first, when I came out, they invited the next one. I left the building at 13:10! All thanks to Klimuk (unfortunately I do not know his first name and patronymic)), an employee of the Brest region. A wonderful young man during his lunch first accepted everyone who was there, and only then left for lunch. And they could have waited an hour.) We made passports for three people. To get them at the department, I spent: On the first day: 3 hours, On the second day of issue: 2 hours, On the third day: 3 hours. In total, I killed 8 hours to get the passports!!! This is darkness! Why? Answer: you come in, take a service ticket. And you're waiting for your turn. If your coupon number has not come up by the end of the working day, it's okay, you can come get the coupon the next day! And again, you have to wait for your number again. You think that everything is simple, you can take a ticket and go about your business, since the queue is so huge that people are even standing on the street. But no! I hasten to disappoint you. The queue goes in some God-knows-what order. That is, if number 23 is on, and you have 105, there is no guarantee that you will not be called later than number 50. That is, you stand for 3 hours, because you can be called at any moment. And if you are not in place, your turn is simply skipped. Of course, this is all during the working hours of your day, for which your management at work will skin you. Darkness. It's just darkness. I issued a residence permit and registration. The process took about an hour with waiting in line. The staff is polite and competent. There is a disadvantage - the operations in the terminal for receiving coupons are not quite correctly scheduled, so I took them to the wrong window, but the employee redirected them to the right one, I did not have to take a new coupon. Suggestion: post the payment information somewhere on the stand: the ERIP tree. I blunted it, but I didn't figure it out right away. A hint would be helpful.

This is just a mockery of the civilized services of the state apparatus. On 12/24/23, the day has been set for the issuance of my passport and I do not understand why they set the date of receipt of the passport, which falls on Sunday! Sunday and Catholic Christmas were not working days. On 12/26.23 at 8.30 I took a ticket to OVIR in the Moscow region to get a passport. There wasn't a single customer in the whole building. Only OVIR employees went from cubicles to cubicles with tea bags and cookies to each other. After 15 minutes, I started asking the workers why they couldn't serve me, to which I never received a clear answer. After 20 minutes, I went to the head of the Moscow district, who was also not in place. It seemed that all the employees were having tea together. After 35 minutes, my turn came up, considering that there was no one in front of me at all! When asked why I was not served, I received a rude answer that the employee alone works for the entire Moscow district. I was sent to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide a book of feedback and suggestions. The employee refused to give her first and last name, which was already in violation of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus. After I introduced myself, Valeria Yurievna Trafimovich could not find my passport to hand over. Was it really impossible to prepare passports for issuance, which were supposed to be issued on 12/24.23? After a while she came with my passport and said that the boss wanted to talk to me. After receiving my passport, I went to the chief Lyganovsky Dmitry Tadeusevich, whom I waited for another 20 minutes. When describing the situation and the apparent violation of discipline, Lyganovsky D.T. only advised to write a complaint on the spot. As a result, I lost 1.5 hours to get a passport, provided that there was no queue! This is some kind of lawlessness in a public institution!

It's stuffy and hot, why didn't they put an air conditioner in the new building for people. The queues are huge. A couple of windows are working. They work slowly, drink coffee between visitors. You have to stand for half a day to serve and pick up half a day. I paid a lot of money and I still have to stand up. Publishing over people! Score 0!

The room is completely packed with people, everyone is standing, there are very few seats. All operations and all three districts (Moskovsky, Leninsky and Brest), all in one place. It turns out that the employee has a break in 6 minutes. Come back after lunch, she said. Well okay. Come. For her to say one phrase: - Come back in 2 weeks for your passport. Last month, I applied for a replacement passport due to loss. I waited on the ground floor for 1.5 hours, I found out that after losing it, it was on the 2nd floor. And there's a queue. Again, the issue was resolved only through the boss. Probably if everyone solves the problems of employees through the boss - at what point will order come there.

I decided to change my old passport to an ID card and a biometric passport. You pay in advance for 2 positions in the ERIP: Ministry of Internal Affairs-Citizenship and Migration-for citizens of Belarus- Brest-Leninsky District Police Department (Moscow)-Issuance and exchange of an ID card (issuance and exchange of a bio passport). You take a ticket to the queue- registration of an ID card I waited 3 minutes - they called me into the cabin, there is also a device for photos and fingerprints of index fingers (this is where all biometrics ends). You can take photos several times if you are not satisfied with something. All you need is an old passport and payment. 2 signatures and that's it, 2 receipts and an old passport are given. With them in 15 minutes. days to receive docks. It is better not to go in the morning and in cloudy weather. There will be no glare from the sun and the face will be fresher.

On 01.12.2023, I applied to the OGIM for the exchange of an ID residence permit (2nd floor). After 15 minutes, I received a list of necessary documents and explanations on the algorithm of further actions via an electronic queue in the window. 02.12.2023 on Saturday, at about 09:00, I took a ticket on the ground floor, after 5 minutes I was invited to the cabin. Polina Baydovskaya, an employee, did her job flawlessly, clearly and quickly, communicated with my elderly relative extremely correctly, very attentively and affably. Polina - a big human thank you. The mood has been great since the morning! Such workers deserve encouragement!

I share what I learned during the submission of documents and the replacement of my passport with an ID card in connection with the change of surname. Take with you: PASSPORT, MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE AND ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE SHEET. You print the arrival and departure sheet in the 10th window. You just need to select the "paid services" option. It costs 5 rubles. After that, these sheets need to be certified by the passport office (I do not know how to deal with cooperative houses). Pay by ERIP and feel free to apply. They see the payment, you don't have to print the receipt and you don't need any photocopies. The employees are all different. The pleasant lady in the second window left a pleasant impression, but the young girl in the 1st window... is a very unpleasant person. He answers the questions after a heavy long sigh and a look from under his forehead. I put 2 stars that I did not have to wait long in the queue for submission. But the general impression of the employees and the lack of information devalue the convenience of quick filing.

The disgusting attitude of the staff, they tried to call for 3 days about the passport. They picked it up once and dropped it. The second time, a "boorish person" picked it up and said that I would not look for anything! I called again, and this is the third time I've talked to them. After a huge number of non-calls. They deigned to pick up the phone and I have already made a scandal, for what reason they refuse to look for my passport, the girl did not name herself, did not even introduce herself! (Why should I listen to rudeness? Because they don't want to do their job?) While the girl was looking for my passport, she was very confused about how rude I was, that I was forcing her to do her job. That I should be standing in line with everyone, not making phone calls! If she had introduced herself, I would have written all possible complaints about the rudeness of the staff! I would like to add to the review, there were the following attempts to dial, they got through, said there was no passport, on the same day after 30 minutes, I personally arrived, sat in line for 3 hours, and some miracle the passport turns out to be already lying for three days, but they say on the phone that there is no!
