I stayed at this hotel for one night in April 2025. I was very pleased. It's all clear. Furniture, sanhenic, everything in the room is neat and modern. Everything is working, the bed is comfortable. The location is right in the center. The main streets can be reached on foot. And most importantly, the staff at the reception are polite, attentive, nice, ready to help in a very human way, not official. I would especially like to thank Yana for her kindness, care and help. The hotel is very lucky to have such wonderful people working here. Thank you very much! I will recommend it to everyone. I'll come back with my family.

Convenient location in the city center, close to everything. The neighborhood itself is authentic, with many cafes and restaurants around. Friendly staff, speak Russian. There is no elevator, but they helped to lift the suitcase to the 4th floor and lower it down the stairs, offered an umbrella during the rain. It was cool at the end of April, and the heating was on in the room. Delicious breakfast. Thanks

We stayed in a good hotel from May 19-23. All the staff speaks excellent Russian. I came to celebrate my birthday, and they gave me a bottle of dry red wine as a gift! I was pleasantly surprised.
Among the advantages: staff, location.
On the downside: our room has never been cleaned in 4 days, only the trash was cleaned every day. There are no slippers! The carpet is dirty, and the white socks got dirty within 30 minutes. There is no shampoo
The breakfasts are meager.
In general, the rooms are normal.
