The quality is excellent!
I did not expect such service.
It's like a private clinic, but it's understandable there, but it's very comfortable and safe here.
The children were pleasantly impressed by the doctors. Adults especially.

After the renovation, it became very pretty! And cartoons are for kids, which distracts from toothache / treatment. The doctors from the hospital are very good. There is trouble with coupons, but for urgent pain you can come to the doctor on duty, the queue is usually 1-2-3 people.

Hello, I rate only for the human factor. The time of work, the opportunity to get to a professional examination, take a picture - everything is great.
But, the rehabilitation of two teeth, small holes, the doctor said that it should be done in two passes. And try to get the ticket. We have not been able to get information from an orthodontist for many years about a tooth that does not want to come out. Well, the quality of the seals, unfortunately, needs to be redone every year.

Constant queues that seem to last forever. Because sometimes no one knows who's behind whom. I can't say that the doctor there was glad to see us. Although she recommended coming every six months. Of the minuses: despite the presence of three orthodontists, an appointment with them for 3-4 months, when everyone's meaning disappears in this visit. And another thing: the children are attached to this clinic, they came with a referral from an orthodontist from a private clinic for a panoramic picture. It turned out that it was impossible to take a picture, you need a referral from an orthodontist from this clinic (I remind you, a record for 3-4 months). And it doesn't matter that it's an urgent case. There is no other way. You can't pay for it either.

Why is it impossible to make additional offices for citizens registered at addresses not related to this clinic? Who needed it? Because of this, it would be necessary to give two stars. A rude cleaner hissed at a 2-year-old child, "go to **** here, you can see that it's washed." Apparently, our money is for repairs, but not for adequate staff. For some reason, adults are treated, although the polyclinic is for children. In front of me, a boy of about eight years old and his dad, apparently also a boy of about forty, took turns treating teeth. The child liked the doctor, everything was cozy, neat, they talked calmly with the child, there was a TV in front of the chair, they showed a cartoon about a dentist. It was just an inspection, but so far the impressions are mostly positive. We will have treatment, then we will see.
Please talk to the junior staff and ask the smoking doctors to at least put on jackets outside, one doctor's robe stank just terrible (tobacco smoke).

For the first time, I was harshly scolded for the fact that a 17-year-old child came to anesthesia unfed)) I explained that I didn't know about it, but I listened to a number of comments anyway. The second time, my son told me himself that the doctor behaved rudely during anesthesia.
