I would like to inform you about the unacceptable attitude of the doctor on duty at [GMB 2] at night (12,03,2025 incidents].
My brother [Kamzaev Asylbek Isaevich], born in 1956, was urgently taken to the hospital in serious condition – he was vomiting blood. However, the general practitioner (Dinara Temirkhanova) did not show proper attention to the patient at the emergency room. When I arrived, she was busy watching YouTube and TikTok, ignored our questions and was extremely reluctant to answer. We tried to find out the cause of the disease, but we were faced with a cold, unfriendly attitude and unwillingness to help.
After receiving the test results, the doctor demanded that we purchase medicines and syringes on our own. When asked why we have to buy syringes, the answer was, "That's the way it's supposed to be." There was also something mentioned about OFDF that I couldn't understand.
This is not the first case. This is the second time we have encountered the rudeness and negligent attitude of this doctor during night duty. She systematically shows disrespect to patients and their relatives.
I ask you to check this incident, take measures against the doctor and ensure proper treatment of patients, especially in emergency cases.
