I gave birth in this hospital in March 2023! Paid branch. The third birth. I arrived early in the morning. The attitude in the delivery room was very rude, midwife NELLY!!! She behaved very rudely with me, didn't really explain anything, said the third birth, like, that you were behaving like a firstborn, scared me that I was going to strangle the baby. I remember her words, you see the cameras are standing, so that's where everything is visible.... And what you can see is that I'm in labor... then there was the phrase, "you're an actress, there's not even a drop of sweat on your forehead, you're pretending to be here," at that moment I agreed with all the phrases of accusations, just to give birth to a healthy baby and end these torments of pain faster. She told me in such a tone that I was exhausted overnight and then you arrived when I was supposed to take a shift! In short, she probably took out all her anger on me!! Thank God I gave birth to a sweet baby, a healthy miracle of mine, but the sediment remained bad in the hospital, Nelly can not be so angry!!! Fortunately, there were female nurses nearby, they helped me in childbirth, calmed me down, thank you very much!!! At such a moment, there is nothing to reproach, a woman is already so bad and when the doctor is also rude, it's generally the finish, but after the generic attitude, the rest of the staff treated the department very well) I wanted to complain about the midwife, but for me the main thing is the child and I discharged safely! The maternity hospital is good, the wards in the maternity unit are excellent, very warm, equipped with all necessary equipment. Modern adjustable beds. As for the chambers themselves, they are inferior in condition to the chambers in the maternity unit. Unfortunately, there are no toilets in the wards. There is one or two toilets on the whole floor. According to his wife, he had to leave his daughter and go to the toilet at the other end, and there were long queues. The food for the 3rd as it seemed tasteless, maybe it's right because women in labor need to follow a strict diet. I consider the paid branch expensive.
