The service is terrible!!!
I waited for my order for 20 minutes, in the end it turned out that they forgot to punch it. The order was brought after another 10-15 minutes, as a result, 35 minutes of waiting came out. But the most terrible thing is that I found a cockroach in my order!!!!!
I called the waiter, he just silently took the plate and left. There were no apologies, offers or compensation.
I was passing through Astana, we decided to visit this institution, as there were good reviews, BUT!!!! Everything was on the turn, the impressions of this place and the city were a little spoiled!
