It's a very nice place. You can make a mistake at the entrance, considering it to be an ordinary coffee shop. But there is a great selection of breakfasts and, in general, there is something to eat outside the coffee/cake stereotype.
A pleasant space for planting in an arc above the windows.
I took a French omelet with herbs with a pleasant sweet sauce - it was gorgeous. The coffee is delicious. Filtered water in the carafe is supplied by default.
The service is fast. Girls are courteous.
It's a pleasure to have a snack before shopping.

A good variety of delicious breakfasts. There are options for every taste, the portions and the price are generally identical to similar establishments. They cook quickly enough, I think within 10-20 minutes, depending on the load. The staff is responsive, always ready to prompt and tell. The coffee is not bitter, with a pleasant sourness.

Unfortunately, this place gets only 2 stars from me, and that's purely for the visual design and speed of work. But I didn't come here for the ID, but for the coffee, which unfortunately they don't know how to make here... Just by looking at how people are tamping coffee here, it becomes clear that you should not expect a good result here. And so it turned out. Watery Americano, not boiled from the word at all, and they pour more water than necessary)) Apparently for those who complain that they are being given a small amount)) I do not recommend this place to connoisseurs of black drink.

For many years as one of our favorite cafes. The staff is always tactful and friendly, regardless of the shift. There are no exceptions at all. Communicating with guests without arrogance or familiarity. Everyone is just smart!
The confectionery is original, original both in taste and appearance. A cake without cloying sweetness, with a very pleasant aftertaste. We have repeatedly ordered cakes for special dates. They were always delivered on time.
The coffee is delicious, especially the filter. Unfortunately, closer to the afternoon, it is often no longer there. Unfortunately, they do not cook individually.
The cafe itself is never noisy, the guests correspond to the location. Everything is beautiful. One of my favorite places to visit.
And as a favorite place, I want to give feedback.
1) Some of the guys from the staff. Any shoes should be clean, neat and not worn out at all. I understand that it is convenient, but ... and especially a necessary condition for wearing white shoes. She, this very shoe, should always be white. Pliz)
2) The surfaces under the tables are not always cleaned as thoroughly as on the total area, and this is a significant omission.
3) Hangers, they are different hangers for clothes, from the word -quite. Some are impractical, especially for bulky things, some are also broken. The photo is attached.
4) Flowers require attention (care). We need to take care of them.
In general, in the service sector, with the intention to provide high-quality service, there are no trifles, there are details.

A decent cafe in the Castle shopping center. Comfortable armchairs and sofas, lots of natural light, delicious kitchen, breakfasts all day - very pleasing. I was glad that they brought a carafe of water at the beginning. The dishes turned out to be delicious, but tea with mint and carrots, without the taste of carrots. They are missing.
Minuses:
1. When ordering, the waiter confirmed that their coffee funnel was already ready, but in reality they carried it for 10 minutes.
2. 1 tea, 1 coffee, 1 napoleon and 1 pudding were ordered. Napoleon arrived and for 10 minutes the waiter just disappeared from the radar. Apparently, this institution does not teach etiquette and rules of serving dishes, because in any decent institution, even the cleaner will know that dessert is not served without a drink if it was ordered together.
3. Tea was brought with the words: "well, you wait 2 minutes and pour it yourself." C-politeness and c-customer orientation 👌🏻
4. The tea was not hot, but filled with warm water. Coffee is more or less like coffee.
5. The freshness of the desserts has raised doubts.
I do not recommend this institution to people who care about the quality of the institution, not the price tag.

Well, all right, during the day they walk around like this and with such faces, as if in their goth community they will be cursed if they smile or eat something. But one day my wife and child came here after a morning workout 4 minutes before the opening. They came in because the waiter who smoked on the street (a young lady) did not lock the door behind her. The spouse saw that there was an opportunity to enter the institution because the door was already open and it was literally a matter of minutes before the opening, so she actually went in. They had already settled down with their son at a table and were ready (if necessary!) wait another two or three minutes before the official opening, so that the menu would be brought to them and it would be possible to feed a young and hungry athlete. At this point, instead of "Hello!" she heard the question "how did you get here?! We are still closed!" To my wife's suggestion that they are ready to wait a few minutes before opening, the "kind" employee of the cafe replied that "visitors are allowed into the hall only after opening." The door of the establishment closed behind my wife and child exactly at the time of the cafe's opening. I used to like coming here, but we won't do it anymore, I just won't be able to overpower myself.

Breakfasts all day, from real breakfasts, to quite lunch positions. Lots of desserts, the desserts are great, everything is alive. And the coffee is great.

Everything is very tasty. Egg Benedict is just a bomb. I've tried it in 5 countries around the world in different places, I know what I'm talking about.
I accidentally got to my review a year later. And I decided to add it. An even more rhythmic dish is roast beef on bread with egg. The meat is awesome, and the sauce is unreal. Also, the English breakfast, which costs only 15p, is very tasty.
I have already tried a lot of things in Minsk. In my wife's and my rating, this seemingly ordinary cafe shares the first place with another in terms of price and quality. The average score is very disappointing. It just doesn't correspond to reality. Write good reviews if you liked it! That's a good tone.
The institution - well done, keep it up! Do not spoil, as often happens! And changing the most delicious things on the menu to some kind of sucks. Thanks!
