A great, wonderful place!
They cook just amazing;)
Everything is clean there is no dirt anywhere
The only downside is that the waiters move slowly

I've been thinking for a long time whether to come here for breakfast... I saw at shodim.com That there are decent breakfasts here, so I'll go. I came and waited 10 minutes for the menu, then 10 minutes for the order to be accepted, but in the end they didn't even come up and I got up and went to look for where to have breakfast. An oil painting, of course: one guest is learning a foreign language with a tutor, the second guest is cutting his nails, the rest are waiting for the menu, and someone is lucky here and eating. Then, as it turned out, you can't have breakfast anywhere in this area...

This place is just a delight! I rarely write reviews, but I can't pass it by here. We came to this place without much expectation, as to any mediocre coffee shop in the city. Having taken the first step, the neat interior caught my eye, it is clear that they worked on it deliberately; pleasant unobtrusive music is playing. There is a spacious second floor, there are enough seats, you can work and there is also a shelf with books. The waiters know the menu, they are very polite. A glass of water was brought before the meal, it would seem such a basic thing, but for some reason many urban establishments with an above-average price tag ignore this point. The dishes are aesthetic, the serving is beautiful and, most importantly, very tasty. Such basic dishes as ramen, salad with crispy eggplant and chicken in cream sauce are made with a bang, chef bravo! We will definitely come back to try other positions, we managed to exceed expectations.

It was a hot day, a very hot day, the temperature was about 40 degrees, I wanted fresh orange juice. There was such an option in the Coffee Original menu, I ordered it, it cost about two thousand tenge, quite expensive for a glass of orange juice. I was in a hurry, I thought that the juice would cook for a maximum of 10 minutes, but my expectations were wrong, I stayed in the cafe for about 30 minutes waiting for my orange juice. The waiters apologized to me, I was not too upset about the time spent, as I received my long-awaited orange juice. I left the cafe and took the first sip, at first I didn't feel anything, it was strange, but then there was bitterness, unpleasant like after rotten potatoes. And the juice was very cold, there were almost 6 ice cubes in it. They just took and mixed a disgusting-tasting orange with water and ice. That juice ruined my whole day. Now I'm ruining the rating of this place. I think that's fair. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I always ordered breakfast there, I won't do it anymore. I ordered draniki with salmon, as a result, the salmon was not simply put in, the receipt was not provided. And there was such a big piece of glass in the dranik. Thank God I didn't swallow it. Management, take action with your staff and chefs. Otherwise, it might end badly!!!

A good place, convenient, large, round-the-clock. The staff is a little lame.
So, at the same time, the impression of an unprofessional attitude towards mistakes and incorrect mutual understanding deteriorated. It is very difficult to believe the words of the staff's apology when one apologizes, the other is smiling at this moment.
I can't give a low rating, because I liked it there in 2 out of 3 visits, but I won't go there anymore.

The coffee is tasteless, there is no half of the menu, the desserts are also tasteless. The prices are too high. They confuse orders, bring the wrong thing, and forget about the order altogether for half an hour. And the funniest thing is that they stupidly forgot to count us until we ourselves said (there was a small company, they divided the check, but forgot about ours), so we would have left and eaten at the expense of a slow waitress. Let her say thank you for the fact that she got decent people
