The coffee is normal, the chocolates are 1p high. But the fact that sometimes the place is closed during work leaves a residue (2 times during working hours it came and was closed)

The coffee is delicious! But Anna could have been more polite, at least corny to say hello in return, and not stand with a sullen face. Everything happens in life, but if you work in the service sector, at least you can say hello. They lose customers because of such people. Have a conversation with this employee, although even a physical remark is unlikely to help here.
