A small Americano is served in a large cup, there is no desire to drink coffee, the glass is poorly wiped, there are stains everywhere after the dishwasher, they did not give tools to the waffles, they were handed only when asked, the tools were also dirty. The barista did not have a badge with an apron, they took out new lids with their dirty hands, after me the girl was made a latte on a dead shot of espresso, which violates the quality of the drink and technical maps

The coffee is delicious, but the service is no good. 6 people came, and the girls didn't even say hello when they started ordering, there were no two items out of 6, they could at least inform us what was out of stock. The coffee is delicious, BUT! They ordered it to drink on the spot (we specified on the spot or to take away), but they served coffee in paper cups!! We also bought waffles for coffee, they were served on a plate. We wanted to sit on the terrace, but it turns out that you CAN'T have dishes on the terrace (only disposable ones, like takeaway). There is no such information in the public domain anywhere (they said that these are their internal rules).

Frequent guests of this institution in the past, why in the past I will tell you now. We visited on the 10th and today, and most likely we will never return. Starting from the fact that the tables were not cleaned and there were no napkins on both days (provided that there were no people and the employees were free), ending with the atmosphere and attitude of the employees. It is very "pleasant" when no one responds to your greeting and farewell, when you turn the menu due to poor eyesight to see better, they almost snatch it out of your hands at the same second and look at it as if we came to their house and set our own rules. The absence of music helps a lot to hear other people's conversations, the conversations of employees, although the sound from their tictok in volume could well replace the music in the institution. I was lucky with the cake, but not particularly with the waffle, it was fresh on top, and it looked like a stone from below, although it was hot. At least the drinks are good.... I really hope that the authorities will pay attention to this and do something, because the place is nice, cozy and well located, but the employees spoil everything..

There is a very unfriendly atmosphere in the institution, which is created by the staff there. As well as an air conditioner that is always out of order, it is impossible to stay in the institution. The coffee is not great, but it's not terrible either, something in between. It happens that sometimes Raf is prepared not from freshly brewed coffee, but from some of its own "preparations". Good morning. I would like to inform you that the price does not match the quality. The drinks are expensive, but not delicious. My young man ordered hot chocolate, and in the end they brought him a thick, bittersweet something. There is also a discrepancy between the volumes indicated in the menu. The service failed too. The staff is not particularly attentive to customers.

We came with a child to sit for a break, the employee kicked us out of the table and said that only visitors to their institution could sit here. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS PEOPLE!!!! I will never visit them again, although I used to often come for tea.

It's not a bad place. You can have a snack and drink coffee, but there is no paper menu to study the assortment in detail and make a choice. Instead, a manitor with fast-changing pictures of snacks. It is also strange that in such a small cafe with 4 tables, only self-service is provided: pick up your order yourself, clean up everything after yourself (apparently the concept of the institution is like this). And yet, if there is an air conditioner, in this heat it is turned off and the windows are just open for ventilation.
