I finished it off today. I'm coming in. I stare at the cashier's girlfriend, who is busy with the phone, for a minute. I'm waiting. Ignore it. After a while, I say "hello" to her, and, oh, horror, how dare they distract from business. With the look of a dying deer, they slapped a glass on the table for me without making a sound.
Yes, almost everyone can have problems with employees. But keeping those who are just slowly killing the business and reputations of the points is a pain.

The coffee shop is located next to the train station, that is, many people buy water for the road, but it is inconvenient to carry it in a glass. The barista is distracted and does not remember what was in the order: she mixed up both of the two positions. The puff was not very fresh. There is a strong shortage of staff. Sometimes I had to wait 15 minutes just to place an order, since 1 person works, I don't say anything about waiting for it to be completed.

Check the refrigerators and product storage. I came here twice for desserts and twice they are in questionable condition. The first time it was Paris-Brest, with a spoiled cream, I realized it only after trying it. Ассортимент не большой конечно, но если вы очень сильно спешите и много времени на чай/кофе/потанцуем нет, то это место прекрасно подойдёт по скорости приготовления + обслуживания.
И да, многие считают что з-за скорости страдает качество выпускаемой или готовой продукции, спешу вас успокоить. С качеством будет всё хорошо, даже не смотря на бешеный темп скорости!)
Ребята молодцы, стараются. А это главное!)

Всегда разный кофе. Сегодня взял латте и флэт уайт и через 10 минут очень разболелся живот. Возможно плохо приготовили эспрессо. Скорее всего сотрудники плохо разбираются в кофе и не знают о том, что эспрессо можно перегорчить. Наверно из-за того, что это сеть, к обучению относятся поверхностно. Но, бывают и опытные сотрудники, которые готовят кофе превосходно. Например всегда вкусный кофе готовят на каменной горке!

Все ребята очень хорошие и приветливые, стоит быть более понимающими если у бариста бывает плохое настроение, ведь многие забывают самое главное - бариста тоже люди, да и не всегда все от них зависит, зачастую виновато бывает руководство в определенных аспектах, но многие предпочитают весь негатив вылить непосредственно на человека за барной стойкой, будьте добрее)

Кофейня - супер. Всё безумно вкусно и по гуманным ценам. Идеальное место, чтобы позавтракать или подкрепиться после междугороднего автобуса (вокзал напротив).
