I would like to express my concern about the behavior of one of the employees who entered the floor on 09/26/2024 at 19:20 and took orders from guests in a street jacket, with a cigarette in his hand.
This behavior violates sanitary norms and internal regulations, as well as creates unsafe conditions for work and guest service. I ask you to take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
