I always get bitter coffee from you (((
Latte and cappuccino are too strong, they curl up. I live near you and have been getting consistently the same brewed coffee for the last 4 months. Every time I come in, I hope that I will be able to enjoy a drink today, but nothing changes.At the same time, I visit other points, everything is good and delicious there. There is never, ever whipped cream, but seasonal drinks (with whipped cream)they offer without them(((((. I really hope that the situation will be fixed and there will be an opportunity to enjoy delicious coffee before work again!! Thanks

This behavior violates sanitary norms and internal regulations, as well as creates unsafe conditions for work and guest service. I ask you to take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

The coffee shop is located on the ground floor of a nine-storey building at a public transport stop. There are no ancestral establishments in the area nearby, except perhaps a cafe a little further away. The room is very small. I personally didn't like the coffee, and the pastries are too expensive. I visited this cafe a couple of days ago. To begin with, there was some kind of technical break for 10 minutes, although the visitors were in the hall. The air conditioner was working, but it was stuffy. Coffee just sucks. There were no spoons or forks, I had to eat the cake with a plastic knife, a shake for 6 rubles is ice water tinted with milk, it's terrible. There were no tubes, there was no sugar, you need to ask them to put it on. But the technical break has just ended.
The girl is slow and the queue forms instantly. I left 20 rubles, it would be better to go nearby, at least it's delicious there.
I do not recommend it to anyone
