I did a perm in this institution, followed all the recommendations given by the master. But the hair began to break off and crumble, and in the photos you can see that it is thoroughly spoiled. The master in another salon, from whom I get a haircut and who knows my hair perfectly well, was slightly shocked by their condition. In the messages, they tried to find a reason where I could spoil them, I skimmed all the messages! She explained how she washed her hair, that she did not straighten it, did not go to the procedures. As a result, I didn't even get a proper apology for the situation! The bottom line is "everything is networked, do not scratch dry (which I did not do), use moisturizing masks. It 's a very unpleasant situation . I can't write an answer, but you don't think that the hair fell off in one day, when there was a critical amount of debris, then I wrote, but I already realized that your "institution" does not take responsibility for any case.

My wife and I always get a haircut in this salon. Wonderful administrators-girls will consult on any service. You can learn a lot of useful things from the salon's Instagram page. We entrust our image to the beautiful and smiling Tatiana, as well as Nadezhda, who no longer need to be told how to cut hair - our constant sorceresses. Girls also do coloring and other hairdressing services. Manicure and pedicure can also be done in the salon. I heartily recommend it!

If you want to be painted in a completely different color, then go here. I wanted golden copper, it turned out red copper. Excellent specialists, you can't say anything! Moreover, I was at the coloring twice. The first time it turned out to be a terrible red . For the second time, I warned the master not to use this tone. And that as a result, the second time the staining was done with the same ton.

My eldest daughter decided to get a haircut. I found a barbershop myself and signed up myself. I liked the master, she was pleasant and courteous, "a little bit of her," but this is for an amateur. I got a good haircut.
But while I was waiting for my son in the salon, a woman came in for a pedicure. The receptionist asked her to sit down and buried her face in the phone. The woman waited for 10 minutes. And her procedure time has already started. And then a slightly excited pedicure master appeared in the doorway. And it should be noted that a few minutes before the arrival of the client, the master went out and asked the administrator for the time at which their next client was. It was only natural that she became alarmed when the client did not show up at the appointed time. And the client showed up!..
But, the receptionist safely hid in the phone. I'm wondering: is the admin function only accepting money?
That's how one bad administrator can spoil the impression of a salon with good craftsmen.

It turns out that in the case of a negative review, the salon owner makes customers guilty, removes negative reviews and may even interfere in their personal lives ....
In violation of sanitation, micro-rooms not provided for such services, in the low qualifications of their specialists..everything can be blamed .. clients..
And isn't the owner afraid of colortach checks, conclusions from other salons that correct the mistakes of his staff?
There are other podologists in the city who even realized on the call who made a mistake with the nails ...
The owner of the colortache does not arrange his salon according to the required standards, but threatens customers!
If you see mistakes in the management of their complaint book, then the threats of the owner only increase.

The impression of the place is contradictory. The administrator knows his job perfectly: he is guided by services, prices; he is able to keep up a conversation, interest and present everything in the best light.
The manicure master (took off the gel polish and did a hygienic manicure) worked quite carefully, communicated kindly. BUT: the table is a mess, she did not treat my hands or her own before the manicure, the sterility of the cuticle scissors was in doubt, since they lay right on the table without any packaging, like other tools ...
New impressions: I went for a smart pedicure. I contacted the administrator (already different) at 9.30, signed up for the window at 12.30...I arrived 10 minutes before the start. At 12.30, the podologist was not released-I had to wait until 13.05.Moreover, after 20 minutes of waiting, photos of previous work (10 minutes) and cleaning of the place (5 minutes) were performed. There is no compensation for waiting.
The work of the podiatrist smoothed out the impressions: slowly, carefully, with explanations.
Additions: it has been three days since the samart pedicure...There is no promised long-term effect. On the sole, heels, fingers in places of maximum load, the skin is as hard as usual and already "clings" (although they applied smart molecular oil in the salon after the procedure, they washed at home without soap to "work" more, used a urea-free cream and liquid vitamin E - everything as recommended).
Perhaps the problem is that I walk up to 10 km a day...But there were no reservations about the duration of the effect.

They did a "complex" coloring, painted with spots, applied paint to the roots, not tinting, and thereby spoiled the hair at the roots.
When I showed the spots immediately after coloring, they said that the light falls like that and it seems to me. After I looked at it in normal light and the spots are very visible.
When asked for a refund, they replied that the coloring was done according to the norms and "in general, few people in Grodno know how to paint well." They offered to come to the same master and "fix" the joint, of course I refused, because I wanted to keep what was left
Several months have passed, the hair has fallen off in length, it is impossible to fix it, you need to wait for the roots to grow back. Now the treatment
The beauty salon administration is no longer responding.
If you do not need hair, have few adventures in life and money is pressing your pocket, I recommend this salon.

I just showed people your work, and they can decide. For me, this is a terrible job in terms of quality, also taking into account that the hair fell off after. Yes, you offered to come and fix the joints at the same master, but I was not satisfied. I don't trust a person, after such a job, and I have every right to do so. They did not return the money for the damaged hair, but simply stopped responding to messages. What kind of good attitude towards customers can we talk about? And if you think that Grodno does not know how to paint, I will disappoint you, they do. This is not an excuse for the level of professionalism of your master.

The receptionist and the master are young girls, friendly and pleasant. This is probably the end of the advantages. Before the start of styling, the hair was washed and dried simply with hands and a hairdryer using foam (without stretching and adding volume with a brush), naturally there was no expected volume at the roots. Then the master carefully wrapped her hair on a curling iron and fluffed it with her hands. All. The curls lasted for a day, then there was just a feeling of dirty, slicked-down hair.
