A nice bonus is that the child can do homework right on the spot (we came earlier - an hour before the start of the main classes)... Teachers come up and explain when the child does not understand. It seems like it should be, but not everywhere it is) I recommend it!

Today, my son asked me to take him to this school, explained where he was. In the evening we went, went upstairs (unfortunately there was no teacher by his age), they gave me the number of a certain Julia (kind of like the main one), I dialed her... I greeted her, politely asked her to explain a little about school (since I learned about it from a child today, she said that her son wanted to study), the answers killed me. Why are you calling me?(well, they gave me your number). Why are you calling me on my personal number? (I repeated myself..I'm sorry, but they gave me this number)... Then she said in a rude way, they say her working day is over and all the information is on the site (maybe my jamb that I didn't read, but why be rude???). After such a "kind and friendly" conversation, the son will definitely not go there. And you, Julia, first of all need to learn delicacy and respect since you work with people... I will not recommend this company to anyone I know.

Read the contract!!! The contract does not specify the number of academic hours, then the cancellation of classes, but you must pay in full according to the payment schedule. It's a scam!!! I feel like a complete sucker, because now they tell me that the contract will be terminated before graduation, if I do not pay for those classes that did not take place - 10 classes (cancellation). Tin!!!
There is no timetable in the contract, classes ended earlier (for 1 hour or less). There are no deadlines for the start and end of the course in the contract, everything is spelled out so that no matter what happens, the Academy Step has not violated any terms of the contract, the game is one-sided! Well done guys! Complete disappointment - the price does not match the quality!
