Collected disgusting: drove 2 times to the service - fell into the blue screen.
The third time I returned the product and turned to another company - they assembled it perfectly and I have been using it for almost 2 years without problems.
The components are selected ugly.
The percentage is inserted into the motherboard on the principle of "Well, there is in the supported".

Advantage: you can choose everything yourself on the site first and assemble your individual unit with an ideal price / quality ratio, and then consult with managers. They are collected very quickly.

We tried to solve it online... The problem has not been solved. We decided to take it to the SC under warranty.... I'm waiting for a solution) there are no problems with the service at all.

It's a disgusting store.
We recently purchased the Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB CC-9011205-WW case and Thermaltake TH360 ARGB Sync Snow Edition CL-W302-PL12SW-A water cooling. When the product arrived, the courier unpacked the order to ensure its integrity. Everything suited me, but after a while, I noticed my jamb - the case is too small for cooling, but since no one has even touched it since the courier, I wanted to return it by right of the consumer within 14 days (all documents, receipts, bags, boxes and even films are in place) + spend some money and buy the same case in the same store with a difference in the name 5000X and, accordingly, more expensive. The consultant immediately turned me down, I had to communicate with a person to resolve refund issues - Valentin. Initially, he was inclined to believe that we had ruined the packaging, but when he realized that there was no way to get to that (according to the law, the box can be opened), he went the other way - "going towards" - we will take the case and 50% of the payment (which actually never met, given its cost and not legally!); later he began to say that this is a technically complex household product with an integrated control system, etc. I've got lawyers involved. According to them, he is wrong. And I have respected the law myself. And indeed, there we are talking about means of communication. In general, I offered to solve everything through the court. He brazenly said they were ready. After 2 hours, he called, said come, we will refund your money. They returned it. I left a review on their website, but they deleted it, as well as other bad reviews after ours.

Terrible store and place. My story: I bought a PC after consulting with the seller and specifying what is needed for 3d. I was sold a Radeon card without memory cores, which are very necessary for rendering. They refused to replace it, said it was not a warranty case, and when the start button in the case broke a year later, they refused to change it under warranty, saying that this mechanical action led to this result. The button could not be repaired, as a result it was taken outside and the case is considered broken.

Upon returning to the place, the installer was gone, and "N" said "pay first, and then we give it back" (111p for a minute), "N" paid, but said that they were already closing and he was escorted outside. As a result, a used part was installed in terrible condition, which will obviously not work for long. Conclusion: do not go to this place if you value money and nerves. Under warranty, I passed the dropsy, it was written for TWO WEEKS (according to the law, if there are parts in the warehouse, they must complete the work within two weeks). They started telling me rubbish, something like: Well, you need to change the chip there, then the power supply chain flew, and so on and so on. So, as an engineer, I knew the problem, namely, the firmware flew off (I couldn't flash it due to the fact that there was no marking on the chip). As a result, I waited a month and a half (I have a working PC and I missed a lot of orders working on a low-power laptop), they called and said that it was UNUSABLE and on 10.01.2020 they would have to refund the money. I hope at least there won't be any problems with this!
