Disgusting place. I don't recommend it to foreign clients. The staff does not speak English. They discuss the client in front of him thinking that they are not understood. They are rude. The laptop was not repaired, there are no spare parts.

They solve issues at a very qualified level, there was a case when they brought a laptop that three service centers could not handle, and here it was repaired. The waiting time is a bit stressful, but, apparently, this is due to the large number of orders. At the same time, there was a case recently when I brought a laptop and it was opened in front of me, checked, launched and did not take a dime - I was pleasantly surprised. I found the service center based on reviews on Yandex maps. I contacted about a non-working cooler. There were no suitable ones for my laptop, but I was offered to order and wait for it to be delivered. The long wait was the only drawback, but it did not depend on the service center. Otherwise, everything was done quickly and neatly, for which many thanks to the craftsmen. I was glad that there is an urgent repair option, since the laptop is constantly needed for work and I was not ready to part with it for a long time. In general, I liked everything. If necessary, I will contact them again.

Recently, I had a serious problem with my laptop — it suddenly turned off for no apparent reason. I have contacted several masters, but no one has been able to pinpoint the source of the problem. The master of this service conducted a thorough diagnosis and found a problem that no one else noticed: the SSD drive was incorrectly installed and adjacent to the board. The master correctly rewound the disc with duct tape, and the problem disappeared. Since then, my laptop has been working without interruption. After that, the master also carried out laptop maintenance, and the result exceeded all expectations. The number of FPS in CS on the Mirage map has increased from 175 to 230-250. The place left mixed impressions. I left a gaming laptop for prevention, as a result, as it turned out, there was a burnout inside the laptop next to the RAM. In general, I complained that there is a laptop noise in the klava area. The Sc said it was the noise of the throttles, well, there's nothing you can do about it. The laptop turned on everything works. Let's start with the minuses, the prices here are high as for me, plus you pay 50% of the amount if you want to get a laptop urgently for tomorrow. And if it's not urgent, then perhaps wait in the order of the queue, and then they told me it was in the order of 8 working days, it's up to you to believe or not. Thermal paste is applied to the laptop, which is not very suitable for gaming laptops, which will last for 3.5 months at best (remember MX4 Arctic thermal paste, grizzly and others are not particularly friendly with gaming laptops) the alternative is thermal paste with a phase transition, use only it, but alas, this sc has not heard of this, which is strange. Since there are few normal scs in Tashkent, there is probably only one way out to contact here if there are any serious breakdowns. But in the future, if the administration suddenly reads, I advise you to ask about thermal paste with a phase transition for gaming laptops.

My favorite service center, I don't trust others, I don't know any other normal ones yet!!! How many times have you helped me out, not cheap, but still........... PLEASE, PEOPLE, before going to the service center, write down on paper what does not work in your laptop, and what the masters need to pay attention to, because words are easily forgotten and fly away into oxygen, ozone and etc ... money is not a pity for a good repair... it's a pity the time spent on numerous trips to the SC, because the service may not carry out general diagnostics for the first reception, impose cleaning of the laptop and lubrication with expensive thermal paste (smear 2 - 5 grams, and take money for the whole tube), but unfortunately in my case (on a clean laptop with cheap thermal paste, which spontaneously disconnected, in my opinion, from the video card... I was wrong...) they didn't check the laptop to work without charging, because I didn't say so, but I kind of told them or kilorod, well, okay, the human factor, a lot of orders, etc... after the repair, I came home, turned on the laptop, everything worked until the lights were turned off (((. The next trip revealed a broken battery, which they have on CQ42 costs ~ 750-850K, and on alishka ~ 40-50 $, but we have to wait (((
