The delivery time was supposed to be at 23-55 in order to have time to make a birthday surprise. To begin with, the courier called earlier and offered to bring it at 9 pm, we said of course not, and he replied with a dissatisfied speech that it was okay, he would think about something and decide. At 23-50, a call arrives and the courier says that he arrived at another address at all (the address from the last order remained in the database). As a result, the courier arrived at the address later, but the most important thing follows further. After taking the balls, we notice that another bundle is missing, and the inscription and color are completely different, although we talked and discussed it 3 times. The whole surprise is down the drain, the delay, the wrong design, there is no bunch of balls. Nothing is answered in Viber. We call the courier, tell him to pick up the balloons and return the money. He tells us only one thing, they say, I'll give you a bunch of balls, as if he doesn't understand at all that he was late, the design is not that, he also forgot the bunch, and that because of all this, the surprise has already been spoiled. We finished the conversation, said then we will decide with the owner in Viber tomorrow, because he is not responding. At one o'clock in the morning, the courier dials again and says that he brought a bunch of balloons when we didn't ask him to. After 5 minutes of explaining to him, we return the money and give the balls back. We didn't even hear any apologies, but only an attempt to give us a bunch of balloons and not return the money. In the morning, a message was received in Viber "Sorry for the inconvenience" and an attempt to sell us these balloons for half the price with a redone inscription. Ie, they ruined the holiday, so they also tried not to lose money. Why do I need your balls after 12 hours? If you do not want to waste your nerves, time and spoil the event, avoid them.
