We have been going for breakfast for two years, we always take eggs with salmon, it was always delicious and pleasant, but today was a special time: with a minimum landing, we waited for the dish for a long time, when the dish was served, for some reason there were no appliances in the kit, and I wanted to tell the waitress what to eat with my hands? The bun gap when pressed just flowed with oil, fat with fat just. The plus is that the dish was removed from the bill, but the dish of the lowest cost was removed, and not the one that did not like it. We really hope that the place will improve.

As for the service, they were greeted perfectly, the polite and friendly staff smiled from ear to ear. But there is one thing, the waiters were rarely on duty on the terrace, anyone who was sitting there could safely jump over the fence and leave without paying for the order.
As for the food. The dishes are super, no comments here. The only big minus is the waiting time for the order itself and when the waiter comes to you to take your order. He came with his wife and daughter. The children's dish was brought in 10-15 minutes. And we're about 30 minutes away. When my daughter ate everything. And they brought cold. We ordered scramble with bacon and croissant with tuna and sweet Chili. Everything was completely cold. And scramble and brioche and bacon and Croissant. The tuna was most likely canned. There was no sweet taste of raw tuna. But it was delicious. According to this 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The atmosphere is simple and tasteful, the food is good (but please stop cutting the steak into several pieces), the cocktails are delicious, the staff is friendly and knows their business. But for desserts, it's generally past, maybe they should be delivered a little in advance from the refrigerator because the texture turns out to be very hard and there is no "airiness", for example, in a jar, the cream on top was quite "oaky". Prices +/- in Minsk, in general, a solid 4%, we will come again.

This institution received 2.7 out of 5 on my rating scale.
I think this is a good result.
Disadvantages of maintenance:

Now a couple of days ago, my husband and I decided to come in for breakfast, have a quick snack and do business, at first we carried the menu for a long time, then we talked breakfast for 30 minutes. At the same time, the staff is always kind of sluggish, without enthusiasm. In general, I tried to give the institution a chance, but we won't go there anymore. It's better to go to culture, everything is always fast and delicious there. By the way, the breakfast that was brought to us for 30 minutes turned out to be nothing. I ordered tuna toast, the bun was not fresh! I didn 't get any pleasure !

We were at the restaurant on September 3. The interior is beautiful and concise.
I asked for regular water and 2 glasses were brought, although there were carafes of water on other tables. 🤷♀️
We ordered a carbonara and a cherry burger. Carbonara is very strange, I did not feel the cream at all, in my opinion they were not there, the menu did not say about some kind of non-classic or author's recipe.
The burger to the girl (although she tried very hard) did not fit in her mouth. The burger is juicy, although it seemed to the girl that there were not enough greens, the Cutlet is so big, it feels like you are eating only meat and cherries with a bun. I would like some greenery.
The waiter counted on us for a very long time. I had to ask another waiter to bring the change.

Lunch is from lunch to evening, the choice will be from 2 to 3 dishes, maximum 🥲 The main menu is not valid during lunch!! P.S. The neighboring restaurant is a competitor of Bloom, for a second. But today there was a shock content: Fish with ptitim for 42p, the yield is about 280g, and then they bring me a piece of salmon the size of two matchboxes and a whole slide of ptitim. I want to cry, but I will hold on) As the commentator said above, the CONTRAST is real :)
