The prices are too high. The serving was not beautiful, the dishes also did not look appetizing, the waiter did not come up and did not clean until you called. For the service, 15% match! The ratio of everything resulted in two balls, this is one of the worst institutions where we were, not because it was the worst, but because expectation and reality played such a joke, thank you for your attention. I'll add that we also took a dessert in the form of macaroon and the coffee was good, and the desserts on the window look appetizing.

It is clear that in the inst.they may exaggerate and throw dust in their eyes, but for a long time conscientious entrepreneurs / business owners have known that there should not be an expectation / reality for the client. Unfortunately, this is the case in this case. A nice interior inside, a game room, clean bathroom - that's where all the advantages end. There were five of us. We waited a very long time until they came up and gave the menu ~ 15 minutes. We made an order - hot for everyone, drinks, snacks. We waited for a simple tea for about 20 minutes. We waited the same amount for lemonade, which the girl came and left without bringing glasses, although she saw that they were not on the table. To our question, how much longer do we have to wait for salads or hot ones, the guy (supposedly the admin, I don't know if that's really the case) answered "well, the waiting time is about 30-40 minutes, a lot of orders." For another 20 minutes after the dialogue, we received salads and other dishes. The question is why was it not said about the waiting time as soon as we arrived, as is customary in the world? Why were half of the employees crowding at the entrance if there was a lot of work and they didn't look at whether everything was fine with the customers? At the same time, there were 4 tables with us at that moment. There may have been a lot of online orders, but this is not a problem for customers or employees of the offline point. The work is completely disorganized. Among other things, the staff discussed some working moments, very emotionally and without hesitation in their expressions — it was all audible. Tact and professionalism went out the window. If all this were compensated by really delicious food and desserts, one could close one's eyes to the above, but, unfortunately, complete disappointment. Very bland dishes, bruschetta (or antipasti, as indicated in the menu) were brought in 40 minutes.after ordering with darkened pesto, it is clear that they have been prepared for serving for a long time, but they did not bring it right away. Desserts are too sweet and dense. The apogee was the bill - almost a million soums (~ $ 100) (without alcohol), which includes 15% for service 🤡 for service, which is simply at zero level. I didn't want to leave immediately or in the middle of the process, because we were hungry, we came specifically to try everything, and when making an order, of course, we didn't know that we would encounter such unprofessionalism. I also wanted to order cakes and other desserts for family events, if you like everything, but no, the impressions of the inst page are completely spoiled by visiting the institution. I will not recommend this place to anyone to visit :)
