I was at an appointment with Dr. Kernozhitsky. I didn't like his manner of communication so much that I decided to write a review. I am not a doctor myself, I do not understand the issue, and I pay money for an appointment so that a specialist answers my questions, helps me solve the problem, but it turned out that after each of my questions he looked at me like an idiot who asks "stupid obvious questions". And in the end he said, "you don't have to do the operation at all, I don't care." As for me, this is a completely disgusting service!

There is no desire to contact this center anymore. Doctor Kernozhitsky behaved arrogantly, starting with the fact that he invited us to the office simply by name, as if we were friends, the reception began with the fact that he was sitting on his phone, talking incorrectly the whole reception. He answered the questions with a grin, saying that you were asking nonsense. Such an attitude could be expected in a polyclinic, which would not surprise, but in a paid center it is just a nightmare. As a result, I did not conduct a visual inspection, turned off the light, did an ultrasound and that's it. He did not specify the family history, and when I expressed concern that relatives had this disease, he said: "Well, so what?". The impressions of the reception are negative, I wanted to escape from there faster.

I don't recommend it. Go, maybe you'll have better luck. We were greeted at the checkout. Of course, not in our favor.. probably because we are from other cities. We decided that it was possible. Then I had to find out and write a statement so that the money would be returned. And the doctor's consultation was about nothing. We listened for an hour to what a cool doctor went through fire and water. And the problem has not been solved in the end.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to get to the medical center. I made an appointment with a doctor after 18:00, because I'm working. Two days before the appointment, the receptionist calls and asks to reschedule the appointment two hours earlier, under the pretext that the doctor's window is empty. I agreed. The next day, he calls again, asks for another two hours earlier to reschedule. Well, it's not for nothing that I probably chose the time after 18:00? In general, there is zero respect for the client from both the administrator and the doctor. I understood that no one had signed up for him before me (because I saw these free windows when recording) and he really did not want to wait for the patient until the evening and go home as soon as possible. In short, I canceled the recording.

I submitted the documents for registration. I waited a bit. I was invited to the procedure. We have just started to do an ultrasound, a girl from the reception runs in and asks the doctor to come out about my registration. The doctor came out, came in and silently continues to work. I go out and find out that the insurance company mistakenly confirmed only the ultrasound of the veins. I have to pay 56 rubles. And the insurance company pays 20. I omit the fact that if I had been warned about this in advance, I would have resolved the issue with the insurance company. I was outraged by their pricing. And she demanded guidance. Well, wherever there is. The girl ran behind the closed door and said: "Pay 12 rubles" And the cherry on this cake. I was going to pay and I said, "Well, that's fair." And then they gave me: "if you want to be fair, pay 26 rubles." I paid them. But considering that my husband was examined and treated at this insurance center, now Cordis has minus 2 clients.
