Nice hotel in the center.
The staff is polite and friendly.
They speak Russian and English (more often in English :))
Of the cons, the hotel is already a little tired, but for such a price it is generally normal

Convenient location, city center. Like any chain hotel, everything is edited, everything works. There is an underground parking, which is convenient if you are driving. It costs extra, about $ 12 a day. There is a small swimming pool and a sauna. The food is delicious. The hotel is a little tired, generally normal.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with a wonderful panoramic view of Freedom Square. The room is neat and clean. In the evenings, it can be noisy because of the live music on the streets.

A wonderful hotel. The service is at the highest level. The room is clean, there is everything you need: iron, ironing board, kettle, refrigerator, safe. The room had a view of the monument to St. George the Victorious. The restaurant at the hotel serves delicious food. We had a good time, I wanted to come back)

I really liked the hotel, the beautiful view. The room is clean and cozy. They clean and change towels during the day. It's not cold in the room. We were in March. The staff are very polite and helpful. I am very pleased 👍👍👍

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Otherwise, there are obvious disadvantages. One of the main ones is the terrible sound insulation from the noise of the street. Our windows overlooked Republic Square and you could hear every passing car, every horn sound. There is live music on the square until 11 pm and falling asleep is not an option at all. Breakfasts are also not the best - juices are more like diluted powder, the variety is very limited. In general, you expect more from such a hotel in such a place.

An empty mini-bar, no slippers, bathrobe, or even a shoe horn. The room itself is not bad- spacious.
Room service is a disgusting kitchen. The menu itself is very strange. I ordered a burger. The cutlet is fried so that it is a problem to cut it with a knife. I returned it. They apologized and offered to choose any hot dish, postponed for the next days of their stay. The next day it turned out that the restaurant closes at 23:30 and there are no options to eat at the hotel.
The only advantage of the hotel is the location.

On August 29, I warned the hotel that I had an early check-out and asked to prepare a lunch box instead of breakfast. Yesterday at the reception they said that everyone remembers. This morning, of course, there is nothing. Someone from the staff forgot something. And I was left without power. The hotel itself is well located in the center of Tbilisi.
