A large, spacious store. Convenient display of goods, friendly consultants, but a very suspicious guard who walks almost on the heels and with a frown eats into the eyes of visitors (not nice to see).The assortment is quite large, but there were no 2 brands I needed.

I've never been a fan of these stores. But the last time I just put a bold end to my attitude towards them. I came to cash out a gift card at the store on Dana Mall, I wanted to buy decorative cosmetics for myself. So not only are the prices 2 times higher than in other stores, but the shelves are half-empty, everything is littered with testers, and there is nothing to buy. I was left without purchases, I decided to order from an online store. I made an order, received a confirmation by mail, with a notification that they would call me back and for a week now there has been silence, although delivery is announced within 3-4 days. Terrible service, disgusting shops, I do not recommend it!

I was in this store today. The consultant girl helped to choose the right fragrance 👍🏻 I am satisfied with the consultation! By the way, I was in 2 Kravts before, in one the seller could not cope with the flow of customers at all and therefore they did not approach me, in the other there was not much consultation (express, I smelled a lot of flavors, after 15 minutes I did not understand what I like)

There is a good chain of stores, there are samples for almost all perfumes, BUT there are many expired ones among them and their smell does not even show the real fragrance. Timely replacement is not performed for unclear reasons. It doesn't exactly increase sales. For example, I wanted something new, but I don't want to spend a hundred American dollars without first starting. According to the description, I do not like to buy, advertising or a beautiful bottle does not motivate. As a result, I will buy either in another store or in a dutik, or I could replenish the cash register here if the tester was in order. In decorative cosmetics, there are also death-stained or completely forged testers that have been "pleasing" the eye for a very long time. The situation is the same in all stores of the chain. Although, we must pay tribute to the fact that the girls are watching the cleanliness of the stands. I go to this store more often than other "Kravts" because it is close to home. The consultants are polite, friendly, they know the product, there are no complaints. I would like to see a wider range, more limited collections and gift sets. And then this is your "oh, we need to look, probably we don't have" it's not comme il faut. Often there are quite a lot of positions, and there are running colors. Well, it's still a suite, there has to be a choice. And, please, more new brands, because the retail space allows you to place new racks. The same thing for years is boring.
