She asked me rudely to move away from the counter, and with an ugly hand gesture, from the series "get out of here, move over" although I was the first to stand, but she also had to calculate her customers. So ask normally! Nice and polite. She is a young brunette, closer to black, with a scant amount of hair and pumped-up lips. We are your regular customers, we leave a lot of money, VIP discounts are already on the card, and your customers are so disrespected! A disgusting impression! Collective farm behavior of the seller! Shows her level. And, unfortunately, it understates the level of such a store. That I don't want to come anymore.

When I was ready to wait for delivery, the consultant already at the checkout said that, taking into account the delivery fee, the cost would be almost the same as in the store itself. I naively believed it, but when I came home I found that the delivery turned out to be free, and I literally overpaid for nothing. Thanks to the consultants of Kravta in Titan, but you definitely discouraged me from coming to your store.

I preferred to go to another store. In Titan, the consultants simply did not move, talking distractedly with the customer after she had already made a purchase and still did not want to leave. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, no one came in their line of sight near the cash register.
It's clear that this was being polite to the client, but it leads to the loss of other clients, doesn't it? Allocate more consultants or organize an algorithm for dealing with such clingy customers.

Not a bad Kravt, I would even say the best of those I usually go to. There are no annoying guards, sales consultants are friendly enough, moderately intrusive. I like that the store is sparsely populated and you can safely examine all the products, find what you need. I am a regular customer, so I navigate easily, I always come with a clear goal. Kravt has been very stingy with samples lately, I hope this will be fixed. Well, you should not hide the testers (perfume) - this discourages the desire to make purchases, since there are many flavors, it happens that you need to listen to several at once during one visit.

I understand all the security issues, but I have not met anywhere else as obsessively as they do in this store. And I agree with the previous commentators, the girls' consultations are as incompetent as possible.
And another "nice" bonus to the purchase is a spoiled tester of the foundation, which began to drip as soon as I picked it up (I didn't even have time to open it) and ruined my light down jacket.
