A great place, we stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with children. Clean, cozy. The children liked the pool in general.
Every day the room is cleaned, which is very important to me.
There is a cafe with delicious food on site.

This is a fabulous place!!!!!! We had a rest in mid-October, but the summer continued in the Cross Resort! Stunning territory, swimming pools, playgrounds, sports complex, barbecue areas! But the most important thing is the attitude to the guests!!!! We were greeted like family! We arrived in the evening, a taxi immediately drove up to the cottage and we were settled, without even forcing us to go to the reception to be registered. Conda was occupied by the barbecue area, they brought us a barbecue directly to the backyard of the cottage and specially led the light there! We had a late check-out and were allowed to stay until the evening without taking a penny!!! And then in general history: our flight was canceled, we call the hotel late at night, they tell us: of course, come back, get some sleep, and then we'll figure it out) we'll do everything to keep this number for you! I've heard about Armenian hospitality, but I thought:exaggerate))) and here it is not! These are really amazing people and a wonderful hotel where you feel at home!!!! I recommend it to everyone!!!!!!! And another bonus-a stunning view of Mount Ararat!!!

Not a bad hotel in the suburbs of Yerevan. It takes 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi. The pool in the spa is beautiful, the area is beautiful. One of the disadvantages is that the restaurant on the territory did not work. And of course very tired cottages. The paint has peeled off everywhere, super old furniture on the terrace, tattered towels, leaky sheets. It's horrible. It would be possible to put 2 for the Houses, but the rest was good, I put a total of 4

There is a large swimming pool and sauna, gym and yoga. Minus one - it's a bit far from the center, you can only get there by taxi. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and in decent condition, with normal refrigerators, there is a microwave on the floor and a dining room downstairs

We are flying from vacation from there and really wanted to leave a review, it may be useful to someone.Everything was just wonderful!!!Very beautiful territory near the hotel, all in roses, well-groomed, clean, enjoy a walk!!!The pool is just super, the water is always clean, the sunbeds are soft all around!An indoor swimming pool and a sauna are available👍We had a rest with my husband in the cottage, cozy, there is everything you need.The silence is all around, you can't hear the neighbors, the birds are singing.The city center is not far away, there are no problems with taxis, cars are launched directly to the cottages.Well, special thanks to the staff for the warm welcome and quick response to all requests. If it were not for such a long road with long flights, we would travel here all the time.

Not a bad place with reasonable prices. There is a swimming pool, tennis tables and a gym.

There are not enough exercise machines in the gym, there is little space, there is no ventilation and normal lighting. The locker room is average, there aren't enough benches, the showers are terrible, half of the showers don't have handles. The pool is normal, the sauna is for three, there is little space during rush hour. I recommend that business owners think about major repairs, rather than fleecing money for terrible service.

The room is good, we took a large two bedrooms with a kitchen, convenient. Of the cons, the restaurant is not very tasty and expensive. The pool is not heated, but even small children feel comfortable in 40 degree heat.

I've never written reviews, but I can't help but share the terrible sediment. The basin is three, the territory is three with a minus.
But the worst thing is that for 2500r (10000dr) you get a pool with cold water. At 12:00 we arrived, on 32gr street, the water is no more than 18 degrees.
The lack of heating is a huge minus!!!!
The staff says that the water under the shower has not had time to be found yet. It's just ridiculous.
They bully even for a three-year-old child the same amount and not one heated pool, even for children.
A ticket is even more expensive on weekends.
We visited the pool and took a dip once.
I thought I read the reviews here, then I chose a pool, but....

We have just returned in a great mood! I liked everything! From meeting at the airport to parting! Excellent cottages with all amenities, snow-white pastel accessories, a private kitchen with dishes, a cafe. You can cook by yourself or order in a cafe. A gorgeous pool, the water is fresh all the time. A very beautiful place! Polite, caring staff, special thanks to Karen, the general manager, all issues are resolved quickly. We've been there twice, I want to come back again. I recommend it, especially for family holidays. There are three separate small pools for children. It's just impossible to list everything. If you come, you will want to return, and you will forget about Turkey.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 days, the only thing we regretted - 2 days is very little. I didn't want to leave. Huge apartment with kitchen, two bedrooms, snow-white linen, swimming pool, delicious food, friendly staff. It is not long and inexpensive to get to the center of Yerevan by taxi. In general, I recommend it. We'll come again.

We stayed in September with our family, of the advantages a clean pool and more than one, delicious food, clean bed linen, daily change of towels and room cleaning, attentive staff, modern repairs, some details fell short of 5: stained walls in places in the room, a playground with old equipment (the carousel did not spin) the trampoline was broken, there were not enough dishes in the kitchenette and broken bar stools (height was not adjusted)

I've stayed at this place twice.
I can tell you a lot about him. And what kind of garden and what kind of pools. But it will never be enough. You need to be here and feel how wonderful it is around.
Total silence, guarded territory, free Parking. Indoor pool and gym,outdoor pool,children's pool separately.
There is a "dining room" in which they will be fed, as in a restaurant and for a penny.
And such a team that is always there and in everything.
They're like family.
