I liked the hotel. Very convenient location in the center. Sometimes they used taxis, but more often they walked. Everything is close everywhere: where to eat and where to walk. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own parking.
Rooms are available for smoking guests. The hotel has a 24-hour restaurant with a short break in the morning. There is a Spa complex, I saw that it is in demand. You can go through the hotel to the casino.
The rooms are small but beautiful. The floor is made of natural stone (wear sneakers!). The bathroom is also excellent, all made of stone, it is very convenient that there are two sinks in the bathroom. The room is fully equipped with everything a guest may need, including a safe. But for some reason there are no toothbrushes, they must be asked at the reception, this surprised me..
The beds are comfortable, but keep in mind that if you take a room with separate beds, they will be 90 cm wide!
The staff is polite, attentive, in fact, as it should be in hotels of this class. Cleaning every day, very quickly, while you were away for a short time, everything has already been cleaned. Thanks! I liked the hotel, I will recommend it to others with pleasure.

Nice hotel. We were in October. There are many different bars and restaurants nearby. The room is clean, beautiful and spacious. There is a spa complex. A small swimming pool with clean and warm water, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and sun loungers. The room was chosen based on the fact that the price necessarily included a swimming pool and sauna.
Of the minuses: Two saunas were announced, a Finnish sauna and a hammam. The Finnish sauna is very small, in the evening you had to stand in line and wait until a place was available. But we still got to a time when there were few people. Approximately 14:00. We bought enough and warmed up. Hammam for a fee. Now about the number: There are no batteries in it. There is simply no way out. Not in the bathroom, not in the room. So if you want to dry your swimsuit or towel after the pool, then feel free to hang them on a hook or shelf in the bathroom itself.
But even these disadvantages did not upset us. We had a good rest at the Crowne Plaza and were very satisfied.

Great location, in the old town, walking is convenient in the central part, train station, circus, parks, metro - all within walking distance. We were on holidays, we couldn't get to the restaurant downstairs for dinner, it was busy, breakfast was served on the 6th floor in the morning, the breakfasts were good, but expensive, based on the set of products, I'll note the omelet separately - the woman cooked delicious. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large, one room had only a bathroom, the other room had a bathroom plus a shower (we rented 2 rooms), the mattresses are soft, the pillows are comfortable. Room service - ordered from the restaurant - good. We visited the pool and sauna, the sauna is on another floor from the pool, not very convenient, the pool is nice and clean. The hotel is clean, the service is unobtrusive, the check-in is attentive, they offered options. The only thing I didn't like was that there was a casino in the body and guests from there could sit in the bar all night, the toilet was dirty in the morning after drinking (they waited for check-in and went to the hotel's communal toilet in the morning, it was a nightmare, then of course everything was cleaned). That is, after all, the entrance from the casino to the hotel is not the best solution.

Quiet hotel, 5-7 minutes walk to the train station and Independence Square. There are also several theaters and shopping centers within walking distance. A 15-minute walk and you're already in the Upper Town.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. A tea table with a sweet (and I must say, very good quality) complement from the hotel. Fluffy, well-absorbing water, bath towels. Bathrobes that make it convenient to go to the spa area. The swimming pool, sauna, and gym are free for hotel guests and are open from 8.00 to 22.00, which makes it possible to visit them at a convenient time for you.
It is not surprising that my husband and I have stayed at this hotel on every visit to Minsk over the past few years.

Excellent hotel in the center, very conveniently located. 7 minutes to the train station, 15-20 minutes to Nemiga on foot. There are pleasant breakfast cafes around. Disgusting system with towels and bathrobes for the pool. As explained to us upon check-in, you take all the bathroom accessories from the room and go swimming, when you return, throw them on the floor and they will be replaced for you. But!!! If you decide to visit the pool in the evening, they may not be changed, since the maids may end their working day, respectively, they will do it in the morning.
We didn't know this, they put everything on the floor and asked us to replace the used towels and bathrobes with clean ones, they refused us. I had to ask for this service for a very long time.
In general, the reception staff could be more polite, they talk from a high place, as if the guests were guilty of something. The disgusting attitude and the desire to address them once again, there was no desire.

Nearby ( at the station ) there is a stop for a double-decker bus, we rode on it. We went and walked with relatives all over the city, the taxi is inexpensive. We went around everything on foot, too. We slept like gophers, the silence in the hotel is extraordinary, or we were so lucky with the neighbors. They didn't take breakfast.

We just returned from this hotel today. When choosing a hotel, the main criterion was the center of Minsk, we hit the spot, the hotel is right in the center. It is a pity that there is no parking, but you can stand near the hotel for paid parking, we, as honest citizens, tried to pay for it, but this is technically not possible on our phones, parking attendants also do not show interest in Russian numbers, the car is still standing. The rooms in the hotels are wonderful, clean, spacious, very impressed by the presence of both a shower cabin and the bathtub itself. I wanted to remove one star, but decided it was not critical, they put me in a room on the 3rd floor, in the farthest wing, and when we stopped by and decided to look at Minsk from the window, we saw the windows of another building in the window, apparently, the roof of another building, in general, the view ... more precisely, there was no view, we decided to curtain the windows and not look out the window more. It's nice that the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi are included in the price, after a walk through the autumn city, that's the thing. We took it without breakfast, it is also essential to eat in different places for all 3 days, there are many cafes with great breakfasts nearby. The hotel is great! The location is of course the most advantageous to save time. We reduced the number of days of stay , the hotel made a refund without any problems. Breakfast is expensive, I don't see any point in taking it, there are a lot of places two steps away where it is 2 times cheaper to have breakfast on the veranda. The train arrived early in the morning , they could not check in before 14 o'clock , the hotel is overcrowded , it is better to arrange an early check-in service in advance .

Special features: the rooms have a coating: laminate and stone, in this regard, great sound permeability: I clearly heard a man stirring a drink with a spoon in the next room; an armchair was moved in the room above me, it was audible as if it was happening in my room, all sounds in the rooms and bathrooms next door are also audible; in addition, in my bathroom mold was observed, it seems to me that for a hotel claiming five stars, this is not unacceptable. A 2-minute drive from this hotel there is also a 5* with a swimming pool, but there is no such thing. The price difference is 3 tr, unfortunately there were no places in that hotel on this trip. On the day of my arrival, the pool was not working, and the hotel was chosen strictly taking into account this criterion. To sum up: If you do not have any neighbors at all, then it is quite suitable for a short stay. I needed 1 comfortable night and morning, but: music was turned on in the next room at 6 a.m.)), I lasted 30 minutes, asked to turn it off, went to a meeting, I couldn't fall asleep anymore. I'm definitely not going here anymore.

Hydro massage only in the round Jacuzzi. Neither the charcot shower nor the hydromassage in the pool (as described on all sites) worked. The SPA staff said they turn on every 20 minutes. We were probably unlucky not once. But we didn't check in three-way, but 5 * for 410 E for two nights.

The hotel is quiet, conveniently located near the railway and bus station. You can walk to shopping malls, stroll through the squares, the old town and the embankment.

There is parking, but you can't park your car there. I was told at the reception that this is a service parking lot.

Now about the cons- incredible audibility in the room, since there was an adjacent door to the next room, you can hear every step of the guests ... even dirty dusty curtains. For those who will find it relevant, the hotel has an entertainment complex with a casino, a nightclub, a restaurant and a SPA.

The hotel is tired, it doesn't pull 5 * in principle. It's time to renovate everything! It was a very strange check-in process, they came, the reception was empty, the bell rang, a man came out and then 3 more ladies came out. It's not clear why. An office chair should not be placed under a bedside table, in principle. It is convenient to sit and work on a table and an armchair if you put the office chair aside. There is a bad pressure from the shower in the bathroom, the shower itself is small.
In general, it's not a fountain, it's definitely not worth the money.

The hotel does not meet the declared standard of a 5-star hotel. The rooms are in need of renovation, there is absolutely no sound insulation! It's amazing, but being in your room, you can find out what they're talking about in the next one! You don't even have to listen. There is no coffee machine or mini bar in the room. Instead, there is a kettle and very inexpensive instant coffee (Jacobs) and tea bags.
The spa center, which is included in the room rate, is for an amateur. Firstly, the spa center does not provide towels for hotel guests and does not provide access to lockers in the changing rooms, i.e. you will have to carry all the necessary things for the pool and sauna with you. Secondly, to get to the spa, you need to go through the hotel lobby and go down the stairs. Imagine that you have to change in your room, grab towels, a bathrobe, and with these things walk past the coffee-drinking guests in the lobby bar to the pool :) and then back in the wet clothes .
The sauna in the spa is very small and is located on another floor. To get from the pool to the sauna, you need to climb the stairs.

Like it. A very nice hotel. The staff is pleasant and resolves all issues. The rooms are spacious and pleasant. Swimming pool. The magical location of the hotel.

Nice clean hotel, large rooms, shower and bathtub in the room, 2 sinks. Very convenient. Good soap accessories. There are bathrobes and slippers. The air conditioner works well.
Sockets are conveniently and thoughtfully located. There is a safe.
I liked the dinner we ordered in the room. There is a kettle, tea, sugar, cream, coffee.
The pool was not working.
In the evening after 23 music with vibration. This is from the casino on the 1st floor. But if the administrator knows about this, and there are rooms in another wing of the hotel, why put us in such an unsuccessful room, and at 23-30 offer a room change.
For this, minus 1 star. Ask for a quiet room!
I didn't like the breakfast - the dishes are limited, the buffet is poor.
If you are not in a hurry in the morning, it is wiser to have breakfast in a cafe. There are only 2 of them since 8 a.m. It's 'breakfast 24' but it's a long time. And a Cornflower. It's delicious, fast, and plentiful. But there's nowhere else to eat.
