For the second time I did not wait for an appointment with a periodontist, five years ago I waited 40 minutes and watched my employees come in one after another, then sent from other offices, yesterday I arrived again at the appointed time, only another person came in, waited 15 minutes and left, I do not want to wait half an hour, this is by appointment and for a fee, I think that it is necessary to adhere to the schedule, I have not seen this in other clinics, even in my 39th polyclinic, everything is on time. On the 26th, I got to the appointment on time, and after me two people came for the same time, the doctor sets the time, and the registry, they do not have a common network, so there are always overlays. The doctors are good, the treatment is effective.

Hello, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this clinic, so that other people would not come across such terrible doctors. 1. my appointment was at 11:00, I waited 30 minutes, and even more, although I just came for a consultation. 2. the nurse came out of the office, and began to call my last name in a loud voice.It made me feel uncomfortable. 3. when I sat down in the chair, I immediately said that I was interested in only 2 front teeth, as a result, the doctor: Wojciechowska, began to tell me that how I did not brush my teeth correctly, that I needed to put braces, although the question was different, I came to a consultation, and immediately said which ones I am interested in teeth when I did not ask about the two front teeth , the doctor : Wojciechowska said she did not know, it was necessary to go to an orthopedist , but when I went into the office and showed a picture and said that I was only interested in 2 teeth , why was I not immediately sent to another doctor.and if the doctor: Wojciechowska decided to consult me, then why didn't she do it completely, didn't say which paste was better, which toothbrush, which dental floss, I didn't hear any of this from her, but only swearing in my direction and not good statements, and also paid money for it, that she just I looked at it and said that I have caries, and I need to put braces on, thank you very much, but I didn't know!!!!! There is an unfriendly hypocritical atmosphere in the clinic. Horror, horror, horror, I do not recommend this clinic.

An unpleasant aftertaste remained from visiting this dentistry.I was scheduled to see a doctor at 13.00, I got an appointment at 13.20, since the doctor still had a patient.After the examination, the doctor directed me to a picture, where I also had to sit in line, since the office was closed and the specialist was absent.After the returning specialist took a picture, I went back up to the doctor's office, who already indignantly said that I had been walking for so long, and her shift was already ending.During the treatment of the tooth, the doctor directly expressed negativity, harsh actions, discontent, although jokes slipped in between.It is likely that doctors have already begun to approach from the next shift, where their questions were constantly answered that "the girl went to take a picture for a long time."In the end, I still said that it was not my fault that she did not have time, but it was still said that she needed to do everything faster, faster.And probably at the very end of the work, the head came into the office and said that the doctor should write an explanatory note for the time delay, where, after the door closed, I had to listen again that I had gone for a long time to take a picture, and in general she would continue to treat not according to protocols, but without a picture and was not going to write explanatory notes...I am such a calm and non-confrontational person, but here I left with a huge negative and spoiled mood. Many people write in positive reviews that the doctors told them everything about the condition of their teeth, what needs to be healed, further treatment was offered, but there's NOTHING in my mouth, guess for yourself and come when it hurts. I do not recommend Dr. Zarovskaya O.N.

During my visit, when she was treating my tooth, she was constantly talking to the nurse, to the one who came into the office, and the most unpleasant thing was she poured out stories about her life, her patients, which was not entirely appropriate. And of course she forgot to do the promised procedure for me, which I had to remind her about. I was unpleasantly amazed, as I had already become unaccustomed to this. I had already applied to this clinic to a surgeon, so there was a very pleasant, well-mannered doctor who treated me carefully, listened to my wishes and did all the work just fine. And here they constantly tried to clumsily, but very persistently, persuade me to make further visits, and for some reason they insisted that the treatment be carried out without anesthesia!(Motivated by the fact that it won't hurt. Tell me, how can you determine my pain threshold directly, the degree of fear during dental treatment in general, and in the end I don't want to experience all this, even if it may not hurt. But to expect this during the procedure - it will hurt, it won't be like I don't really want to. The most important thing is that as soon as I arrived, I explained that I have panic attacks and arrhythmia from fear of pain, so I treat my teeth only with anesthesia!! Of course, during conversations, you are unlikely to hear the patient, no matter who doubts it. So you won't guess in this clinic, but how lucky you will be. Previously, I was treated in another hospital, but now, for financial reasons, I decided to save a little. And it turns out in vain, in a good clinic during an appointment, the main thing is the patient, not a conversation with colleagues, and probably the management should convey this to the employees.

On February 2, I put a seal on Tatiana Baranova. The seal is small, it stood for 10 years and fell out. I didn't use anesthesia. When I called to make an appointment, they said that the seals cost from 80 rubles. Lower tooth number 5. As a result, Baranova put a seal for 160 rubles. And at home I didn't recognize my tooth, it was very split and there was no work area. I couldn't eat on this side. The tooth wall is not smooth and due to the roughness, the food rubs against the tooth and the feeling is that along the head nerve. I did not dare to return to Baranova, so as not to be left without a tooth at all. She signed up with another doctor at another dentistry and completely changed the seal on April 9, 2024. And now the tooth has become like a tooth and it is comfortable to chew. I paid 160 rubles for the discomfort and stress of Dedlovskaya Elena.

For the first time in my life, I felt uncomfortable brushing my teeth!!! They did not disappear, there were impurities, the application of varnish instead of the prescribed time, the doctor waited for about thirty seconds and ran off to the hospital with the nurse's team to paint everywhere in the card. This is probably the main thing that they need to write a check and write it on the card!!! The procedure was not performed normally. I do not advise anyone to clean plaque in this center!!!

I came to the doctor Olga Nikolaevna Zarovskaya for the second time, as a specialist, the doctor seemed good to me, but the attitude, in short, as if I came to her here for free. The sediment was large after such a visit, at first I signed up for 2 appointments in advance, then canceled the recording.
