Left 6 visits to 5 zones Complex: Vacuum massage+Cavitation+RF lifting. It starts the lymph very well, tightens the skin, and the volume goes away! The result is 100% the hips were 100cm now 90cm, the buttocks were 102cm now 100cm, the lower abdomen was 93cm now 90cm, the waist was 83cm now 80. I especially liked Master Veronica, she is very pleasant and friendly! I will definitely come back, but to another complex.

A very nice receptionist! I've been to two different cosmetologists, while they arrange the procedures themselves! On the downside: I would like daily care to be advised based on the financial capabilities of the client! So far, the advice is not feasible... The previous cosmetologist from the same studio did an excellent job with this task, if she hadn't quit, she wouldn't have changed masters.

I definitely recommend the place to visit. I go for a massage. I was very afraid of the vacuum, but in vain! They found an approach to me, who am afraid of everything! The manager responds quickly to messages, adjusts to the time, explains everything! They always go to a meeting! And they even entertained my two-year-old, not the most calm child, who had to be taken with them for an hour!

I want to leave my criticism on this institution.
I'll start with the pros +
1. The first advantage of this studio is the Israeli prof.cosmetic.
2.Location
Unfortunately, that's it. …
Now the cons -
1. They canceled my appointment with cosmetics twice, the second time they canceled the appointment in 1 hour, no one offered any alternative with a discount in their other branch.
2. There is not a single specialist with medical education, for many patients/ clients this is important.
3. The procedure was incomplete!
A mechanical facial cleansing was done , not a 10-step one . The service also included consultation and selection of care.
No one understood my care , they advised only one acid , without a specific remedy or cosmetics , which can only be bought from them .
4. Aggressive marketing - first of all, I didn't like this imposition of other procedures right here and now. That is, you come for a facial cleansing , and you are offered to do a peeling after cleansing , after the answer "I have money only in foreign currency and there is no money for peeling now ", the answer was "so you run away and change it." Saying that I would come next time, the "cosmetics" calmed down and began to do the procedure. The second visit also did not please another master.
Exactly the same situation ... They also advised only "their" care, which cannot be bought anywhere else, only from them. At the end of the procedure, the cosmetics asked
- maybe you should apply a soothing serum?
(without saying that this is an addition . a service for which there is a separate fee) .
A total of 90 rubles for mediocre mechanical cleaning and consultation.
Turning to another specialist (private), I saw a completely different approach to work. For 81 rubles, I received a consultation and a complete list of various cosmetic products from budget to professional.cosmetics . There was no imposition of various services, the master warned about each stage. I asked if I was allergic to certain components. I want to come back to such a specialist again and again .
I do not recommend visiting this studio, there are many other studios and clinics in Minsk where they will provide you with better care and solve your problem.
I hope you will change the approach to your customers and be able to please, not disappoint them.

For the first time I was at Irina's cosmetologist's facial cleansing. Cleaning turned out to be not a very pleasant procedure for me, but it is a very important procedure, especially when the pores have expanded and clogged, there are black dots.. I couldn't handle home care on my own, so I had to go to a specialist. Cosmetologist Irina offered to do Carboxytherapy for me and I really liked this procedure, the face became fresher and younger immediately after 1 procedure, after cleansing and it can be done once every 2 weeks and this is a cool service
) I even recommended it to all my friends. Thanks to the master for the procedure and for the tips on facial care, later I will make an appointment with the master for this procedure.

I will write my experience of visiting , after which perhaps someone will wonder whether it is worth coming here, given the competition in the market of such cosmetology studios.
I will try to be brief : I signed up for carboxytherapy , which consists of 10 stages . Because I did not sit on the phone during the procedure and did not track each stage , because I used to trust specialists or something , and once again not to distract from work . Upon arrival home, I realized that several stages (namely ultrasonic cleaning and massage with brushes were skipped). They also promised free consultation after the procedure and the selection of proper care from a cosmetologist as a gift. Do you know what I got? "How long has your chin been spilling out? You need to come to us for cleaning." It's all. This is the whole consultation and selection of care. The cosmetologist did not ask about the condition after the procedure in any way, did not comment on the effect, when asked about the mirror, in order to at least see what was wrong with the face, she received the answer "there is a large mirror in the corridor, you can look there." To my question on the inst social network, when I asked for a comment on why the cosmetologist missed these steps, the messages are read, but remain unanswered. Draw your own conclusions. And from me personally, the advice is "Look for more", you will easily find a place where they will be interested in you as a regular customer, and not just how to cheat and get money one-time, not caring what emotions the client leaves with.

I came for a cleaning campaign. The promotion included a consultation with a cosmetologist. They clarified what kind of care I have. That's all. The cleaning was superficial. Although I asked you to pay attention to the chin. It fell out after a couple of days. They offered peeling and cosmetics for care instead of consultation.
