I visited this salon in January with Master Veronica. To say that I am delighted is to say nothing! Starting from the Instagram post, where they told me everything in detail and calmed me down (this was the first time I decided on a permanent) and ending with the atmosphere in the studio. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating- the service is at the highest level!
The master immediately calmed me down (and I'm still a coward)), drew a sketch and at each stage asked me if I liked everything, if everything was comfortable. I have not seen such a reverent attitude for a long time. Well, the eyebrows- everyone asks where I made such beauty)) It didn't hurt, I was just worried for nothing. And they look very natural! I've already signed up for lips!

I signed up for eyebrow updates in the studio for a 100p promotion. Any zone . Although I still had my own perm, except for the contour. The session lasted one hour. Which was very pleasing, since for the first time I filled about 5 hours in another salon. The price was certainly not the same . Twice as high.But the eyebrows were cool, I had enough pigment for a year and a half . So let's go back to this studio. When the session ended, the master advised me to simply rub vitamin "e" into the brows, for exactly a week. A month later, I didn't see any result. When I wrote to the studio, they replied to me: Tatiana, do not jump to conclusions, your pigment has not yet appeared. In general, I made a perm in the 10th month and they replied to me, wait for the 12th month. I do not recommend this studio if you value your time and the money you earn.

Master Vita is a super professional, she made me a gorgeous shaded arrow, adjusted the sketch until I was completely satisfied, and also blocked my mother's old unsuccessful eyebrow permanent. The master has 5 stars.
But the work of the administrators is a complete horror, not only are they too intrusive when subscribing to an account (after that I didn't want to sign up at all, but I wanted to go to a certain master), but also to confirm the recording the day before the procedure, they called once not from the studio number, but from some personal one, I couldn't answer and they decided to cancel my entry without warning. And then they said they could offer another time. Usually in such situations, they either call again, or at least from the studio number, so that it is clear who called, otherwise you might think that someone made a mistake with the number. After that, there is absolutely no desire to visit this particular studio.

At the entrance, it seems nothing. But as soon as you lie down on the couch, the ceiling is grated and plaster is falling down. Not all the time, but something fell off during my visit. Masters, I won't speak for everyone. But Anna had it, she is the coolest and most expensive among them and is considered to have 8 years of experience. I was convinced that her hands were growing from the wrong place. Excuses in general are a game. Eyebrows, I did not fill them evenly, because I beat the old tattoo. Have you ever heard such a thing from a real master? I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Don't go there, don't waste your money, nerves and time!!! Take care of yourself.

Initially, I thought not to put aside the review, since the post made a negative impression, but after thinking about it, I decided to write: I visited the studio on 13.02, was on eyebrow correction and coloring, my eyebrows were excessively plucked, which upset me very much - I raised them for about a year.. correction and even with questions, since all the fluffy hair above the eyebrow was not removed, after the girl selectively plucked something, she said: "you should walk with a thread, but I ran out of it.". I do not recommend the eyebrow correction and coloring service.

I want to write a huge thank you for your professionalism and attentive attitude. I did bleaching, I was immediately told that everyone has an individual reaction to the procedure. Some are more noticeable, some are less so. I was probably lucky, I got a very noticeable reaction.
