A cool new hotel that left a good impression. Especially if you play golf. There are a lot of beautiful golf courses on the territory of the hotel. We are currently staying at this hotel, or rather we are occupying a villa on its territory. The service is excellent. Cleanliness, beauty, consideration and fulfillment of all wishes. The food is very tasty and varied. Dishes for every taste: from soups, porridges, meat, seafood to awesome pastries.
There are swimming pools. The water is hot. There is a kidclub and a water park for children. We are very satisfied with the rest. By the way, if you want an excursion program, then this is here too. In short, a heavenly place! I haven't seen any disadvantages yet.

Delight! A cannon bomb! One of the best hotels. I want to come back to this one again and again. Food and drinks are just the tip. The cocktails are great! The staff is wonderful. The territory is not large, the beach is dense. The kids' club seems to be interesting, but it's a little cramped and the staff doesn't really keep track of the children, although there are a lot of cool and interesting master classes. The territory and all amenities are at a height. The service is off the charts. We bought a regular room, but upon check-in we made a gift and placed it in a huge family room. In the evening there are very spectacular and cool programs with a DJ and dancers. The style of the hotel is more party-oriented, but we also had a great time with the children. Several restaurants on the menu. In general, there are no words, only emotions! We will definitely go again!

Polite staff, cleanliness in the rooms, delicious food, beautiful live evening music, interesting evening program, incredible beauty around. It's a large area, we walked 9-12 steps every day. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, everything is changed, everything is always clean without tips. The beach is well maintained. Movenpick ice cream and handmade chocolate are a separate kind of bliss.
The staff is always there, but you don't notice them. The waiters come to the table immediately, pour water, bring drinks, and take away the plates. There are a lot of sun beds and you will always find a free one, you do not need to book anything in advance. There are no queues in restaurants, the food is prepared until the last minute.
The vacationers themselves are pleasant people, there are many foreigners. If you are vacationing in the summer, the hotel provides a fast track service at the airport and a cip lounge.
On the downside, some have already mentioned this in their reviews.:
- sometimes the seats in restaurants are dirty, most likely because they come with children and they dirty them with either food or shoes. Why they don't clean the furniture is a question.
- there is a towel hook outside the shower in the on-site showers. You have to look out/go out naked to pick it up. There is no shampoo or balm, you need to go to the room for a full shower.
- you really can't sleep in the lounge area. There is always a staff there, sometimes with noisy carts, and next to the elevator, which is constantly ringing, as it is also for staff
- the hotel is premium, so additional services are also overpriced (spa/water activities/shops, etc.)

What classes with children are worth. I don't remember my children in other hotels asking to go to the children's room, but in this hotel you can't pull them out by the ears, and even the opening hours are until 02:00, all evening entertainment was attended without problems!

1. We lived on the 2nd Turkish floor (in fact, this is the 4th floor) and with an open balcony, in the afternoon, when we were lying in bed with my husband, a hotel employee walked back and forth along the balcony 3 times. We had a shock. They did not expect to see and were not fully dressed.
The hotel apologized in the form of fruit, chocolate and a bottle of champagne.
2. 100 bucks were stolen from a bag or purse. The bag was in a prominent place. I didn't put it in the safe, we forgot about the safe at all, we were confident in the staff and in the hotel. This is 100% theft. That is, they told me suddenly you spent it yourself and so on. No. I know how much money there was, even which bills.

My children (1 year and 5) and I, unfortunately, the children's city has changed, it has become very dirty) toys, floors, decorations ... if last year I was told that toys are processed every day, then this year everyone comes in shoes, no one stops, socks were thrown out after the nursery) I'm not talking about toys) when you're on vacation with children, you rent a child for a while, you want to understand that he will be in good conditions) last year everything was clear and clean! This year we got on 3 cold rainy days, we didn't know where to put the children)
Lentil soup is served almost every day at the children's restaurant, who do you cook it for?) as a result, the children ate in a shared restaurant, it's much tastier there!
2. After a few rainy days, we got to the beach and were shocked - they were shooting a movie, they blocked half of the beach and sent all the guests to the second half, all the seats were occupied, which in the end was not enough) at the same time, the staff approached me and asked me to step aside so as not to get into the frame while I was I was rocking) to which we received a clear answer in Russian: sorry, I paid, I'm resting, I'm not moving anywhere!
3. This can happen to anyone: our morning flight was rescheduled for the evening flight, and it is extremely inconvenient with children, as we need to sleep during the day! They refused to extend our rooms at the hotel, but they showed us the lounge: beds, armchairs, pillows, blankets - everything was just great) they put the children to bed, they were immensely happy) but during that hour we lay as if in the courtyard of the staff, who kept rattling the doors and going to the toilet, and everyone had to show - the CHILDREN THEY'RE SLEEPING! Why such a sleeping room if it is absolutely impossible to sleep there!
Otherwise, apart from the entertainment at the hotel, everything is very good, the food and drinks are excellent, everything is delicious!
The staff is very tip-oriented, prepare 10€ for everyone at least if you want to receive your cocktail not in half an hour, but within 5 minutes)

We drank French wine in the main restaurant, and also chose varieties. It looks very pretentious. In general, we struggled with the heavy suite as best we could, and still brought kilograms in ourselves.

The spa area is generally a separate topic. A huge warm swimming pool, recreation areas, waiters everywhere, a huge hammam, very comfortable, in general it should be looked at and tried. Because we chose this hotel again, as a bonus, instead of a one-room room, we were given a huge two-room. The mini bar is gorgeous, from juices, plain and mineral water to nuts of 4 types. There's even wine. Each room has a coffee machine with capsule coffee and a variety of teas. Cosmetics from bulgari, children's separately. There are baby toothbrushes and pastes, even pads with tampons and washcloths. In general, going on vacation here, you do not need to bring a lot of money with you. It is very comfortable. The service is excellent. Because my granddaughter was ill, a new thermometer was provided by the hotel for free, if any of the medicines were needed, then everything was brought from the pharmacy within half an hour on call (these medicines are already at your expense) it is very comfortable. Upon arrival, they didn't check in on time, I had to wait half an hour, the room was very dirty, to such an extent that my husband called the reception for the 1st time in his life, the floors were very dirty, well, I don't say anything about dust, apparently they don't wipe it anywhere. Torn sheets were laid several times, which in my opinion is unacceptable considering the cost of staying at this hotel, and frankly speaking, I have never encountered this anywhere. I must pay tribute after my indignation, we were given a free trip to the restaurant. The food is generally good meat, fish, desserts, I didn't like them, there are a lot of them, sweet but tasteless. The beach is not very convenient, it is narrow and stretches almost all the way to the hotel, so in order to lie down by the sea, you had to go and take sun beds in the morning. Ragged, half-dead palm trees, very little greenery. Belek himself is very dirty and ugly, we rented a car and when we left the hotel we were shocked. I liked the function of personal assistants, a group was created in WhatsApp to ask for help, the girls reacted quite quickly. Another disadvantage for us was that our room was located on the side of the hotel, where loud music was playing until nightfall and it was impossible to sleep until it subsided. Of course we had a rest, but for some reason there were more minuses than pluses.

We arrived on the 9th and were checked into the Family Room. Beautiful 2-storey room with a private pool.
For a premium hotel that opened in June 2022, Cullinan Belek is a very tired hotel. Yes, the rooms have a smart home system, but the chipped walls, the holders in the shower stall sticking out on the "snot", and the dead deck chairs by the pool speak volumes. I will also mention the fact that the cutlery is washed somehow.
The food in the Bistro is disgusting 24/7. Every day with a surprise, then over-salted, then overcooked or over-seasoned. And tagliatelle turned out to be a mix of different types of pasta.
The water in the pools is cold, there is only 1 heated pool, where there are a lot of children.
The 16+ zone is just a formality.The waiters don't make sure that they don't sit there with the children until you poke them.
Well, the icing on the cake was that we were EVICTED from the ROOM as soon as Pegas Select sent a transfer for us, WITHOUT WARNING US at all about moving to another cheaper hotel!!!!
Although no one compensated us for our 1 day that was LOST THROUGH NO FAULT OF OUR OWN!!!!
And in addition, we wanted to ADD to the BILL a visit to a Greek restaurant that we HADN'T even BEEN to!!!
Anyway, I hope this disgusting hotel WILL BE CLOSED soon!!!
The CULLINAN BELEK premium is soooo far away!!!!!
Oh yes, the guide Mohammed is a separate amorphous and stupid character, it is unclear why Pegas Select employs such people!!!!!!

One of the best hotels in Belek, I was in it twice (in 2023 and in 2025), both times in February, the staff is perfect- every whim, sigh and impulse is fulfilled in a second; the food is gorgeous, for every taste; the rooms both times with sea views (pictured), the bed very comfortable, you sleep better than at home, the bed linen is beyond praise! Excellent SPA, huge warm pool,!
There are no complaints, everything is perfect!
