The last time I wanted a bouquet of 50 carnations, in the evening they replied in Viber that they were available. I arrived the next day in the morning - they say there are 11 left and that's it. Well, OK, maybe they sold out. But no one offered to call their new point and check availability there, until he himself said.

Terrible service. The girl spent more than 30 minutes making a bouquet of 7 branches of roses. As a result, while I was doing it, I broke 1 branch and did not even want to replace it, it was time to talk myself. Also, the girl was constantly distracted by the phone, she was writing something to someone all the time, and she counted the payment on the calculator more than 10 times every 2-3 minutes. I've been ordering flowers from this store for several years now. They were always delivered on time, and there were no problems with the quality of the flowers. I am near the metro, where, as a rule, you can buy flowers at the same price or even cheaper. But from the moment of the first purchase, I preferred the store in order to save time and "give money to the guys who are trying." Over time, when I was making payments, I noticed that many other flower shops appeared (similar names). I looked at the prices there, which are quite competitive, especially for roses. But again, I did not change anything, I voted, so to speak, in rubles, paying tribute to the established relations. Moreover, on holidays, all sorts of colleagues at work clarified who needed flowers and bought them together. Then I even registered on the website and wanted to purchase a customer's card, but for this, as I was told on the phone, I had to go to them, and they could not bring it by courier… Well, that's fine.
But... but the "but" came. A courier girl appeared in the store. The penultimate time she brought flowers, she called and told me where she was standing. When I asked if she would bring flowers to the door, she replied "of course, of course," but I did not like the approach.
Last time, everything went wrong from the very beginning. After I made the order and paid for it, I got a call from the store and was informed that there were no two positions of colors. Well, okay, with whom it does not happen, we discussed and decided how to replace it. This time, the courier just called and said that she blocked the road and asked to go out and pick up the flowers. Hmm... I didn't like it, but okay, I went out and took it. I never counted the flowers, because everything was clear all the time. This time, when I began to sort out the bouquets, I found that they had brought less. I called the courier. She said she would go to the office now and sort it out. At parting, I pay attention that there is not much time to resolve the issue, to which I heard in response: "I'm not flying." Listen, decent representatives of all decent companies in this situation will start every sentence with the phrase "Please excuse me." So-so workers will say it, at least once. In this case, I didn't hear any apologies. Then I called the store and reported the situation. An emotionless male voice said he would talk to the courier. That's it! I didn't hear any apologies or assurances that we would bring flowers now (and after what time). I didn't know what to do, go to the subway to buy, or wait for them. And then they didn't even bother to call me back and tell me that the flowers were on the way. They just brought it, gave it away and that's it. There are no apologies again.
You know, I've heard the phrase somewhere that a person is judged not by the mistakes he made, but by how he corrected them… This store has not corrected its mistakes in any way – no store.

In the notes, I also indicated how to make the delivery without calling the girl!!!!! Why do you need notes if you don't look at them???? Although I told the operator on the phone!
