We booked car simulators, arrived at the specified time, and sat for an hour while the employee set everything up. As a result, nothing worked fine anyway, and running every 5 minutes and asking to set up the system is a complete bottom. We returned the money and left, but of course the staff didn't care that we wasted our time, and there were no apologies! The management needs to immediately solve the problem with car simulators, or negative reviews will continue to pour in! We will never return to cyberx again and we will not advise our friends!
