Hello. I often buy flowers in this store. I was always satisfied with everything, quality, prices and staff. But today, on March 8, such a situation occurred in Pridveria. I ordered the delivery of 3 bouquets, they sent me a photo of everything beautifully. But in fact, one bouquet arrived ruined, the box in which it is packed. I got wet. I texted the store to solve this problem, and they told me to cover it with a bow. What kind of bow and where to get it. The bow that should be on the floor of the box. They didn't offer me any apologies or a way out of the situation. It's very unpleasant. And I don't know what to do now. The water has dried up, but now there is an ugly yellow spot in place that cannot be blocked with anything. Today, on March 12th, the store apologized for this situation. He gave me a lovely bouquet.

In general, I ordered flowers via Instagram from this seller on 21.11.2023 on the 22nd. I asked to collect it in advance to make sure that the bouquet will be assembled as needed.
I threw off the reference, but it was not collected at all. I am not a florist and I do not understand how many flowers will be needed in this (photo 1). I asked to redo, in general, we achieved my initial request with 3 attempts. Photo 2 is what this "florist" collected, photo 3 is the approved result.
In the end, the flowers on 22.11.23g at 18:00 already looked like a rag. And the next day they wilted completely.
The store just threw me into an emergency.
