A doctor's consultation was required. In order not to sit waiting for the "window", I signed up in advance. I arrived 10 minutes earlier on the appointed day and time. The receptionist opened the card and asked to wait a bit. Neither at the appointed time, nor after 10 minutes, nor after 30 minutes, no one accepted me. Moreover, no one apologized for the 40-minute wait, because there was no one at the counter for 20 minutes at all.
