This time it turned out that on 6.01 the coating of one finger completely disappeared. Three days of manicure, it should be a warranty repair. I call - the director of the salon answers: 6,7 the masters do not work. (Holidays, I understand) I have to leave tomorrow. One nail repair will not be done with the same coating in any other salon, that is, it means spending the full amount for a new manicure somewhere else to fix the situation.
The salon director (she is also the administrator) does not offer any solutions. Don't try to call the master - what if the master herself would have agreed to drive up!? Neither a discount on the next visit (after my question about this, it was reluctantly said: well, we can throw off 10% next time if you show photo evidence), nor anything to at least apologize for the inconvenience.
Amazing attitude to the salon's customers
After this incident, I definitely do not recommend the place.
