Instead of the promised 2 months of work for a 1-room apartment, they stretched only the ROUGH work for as much as 2.5 months. They rip off 2 times more expensive per square meter. The cost of materials is much more expensive than the market price. So they also pay for every breath they take. Instead of the promised team of people, only one middle-aged man worked and sometimes his son joined in. The foreman or the project manager, I don't know who they call themselves there, by the name of Aslan, some kind of atas. He talks personally, does not know what kind of work is being carried out at all at the facility, so he also gives some instructions himself, deviating from the project or without warning us. It is better not to contact this company, no wonder their organizations are not in 2gis, they are afraid of live and honest reviews. It's just a complete zero, 1 star only for the uncle who did the repairs, the rest just scratched their tongues.

Do not work with this company. They say it beautifully, there are no qualified workers, the repairs were delayed as much as they could. The brigadier only knows how to ask for an extension of time, but they do not fulfill the deadlines set by them. My apartment was left open with the materials, by chance, I saw when I came to take meter readings, how much it was worth and what was stolen and who was there and what was doing, now you won't know, the workers ran away from them, left the trash, pissed all over. The advance is not being refunded, I'm going to sue. If you manage to sign a contract with them, do not pay an advance until the work is done. That the bosses, that the employees are not conscientious, gave the director's phone number, but he never picked up the phone, is running away from responsibility. I paid them 1540000 tenge, I also bought materials from them, now I really regret it, they did something there, haphazardly, I hope for the highest justice that they will be punished for their unscrupulous activities. I'm surprised by the laudatory reviews, they probably write to themselves. Unscrupulous people offered to work with them even further, all their moves are like those of typical scammers who extract money.

The Dala SK company is an organization that fleeces customers, takes prepayment, is not responsible for anything, does not have its own employees - skilled workers, hires Uzbek subcontractors, whom it changes in the process of work, delays deadlines. The director of the Astana branch, Rishat, hiding behind his piety ("a true Muslim believer"), deceives the customer or avoids meetings, does not answer calls, completely ignoring the pain of others.
I signed a contract with this company on 08/01/24. for turnkey repairs. I paid 1470000 tenge of Those.The plan was signed on 08/22/24. I paid 1470000 tenge again. Work began on 09/24/24. workers were changed twice, foremen 3 times. They worked slowly, transferring workers to the 2nd facility and back. Every problem was pinned on me, for example, the work on reducing the drain level was shifted to other paid plumbers (AXIS, left), explaining that access to the riser was allegedly prohibited, while the left plumbers coped without problems. Only this problem was solved by the company for 2 weeks, until I myself found an engineering service that brought these left-wing plumbers. And there are a lot of problems that I solved myself on an additional payment. One name is turnkey repair.
Aisulu's supplier, the wife of a supplier of rough materials, works for her husband, whose prices are much higher than market prices. We, the customers, are forced to buy materials from "their" supplier. Isn't this a corrupt component of the business of Dala UK?
Now it is the 5th month - the draft stage has not been completed, the workers have left for Uzbekistan. The company is silent, avoids meetings, does not even try to do something. All this time, the workers lived in my apartment, which I pay for.services 50 thousand per month.
I curse the day when I contacted this company, which brazenly cheats by taking a 60% prepayment, does not meet deadlines, spits on people! Don't listen to their beautiful "songs about the main thing"!!!

The 1-room apartment was made for 6 months.
They ruined the doors, they tried to change them themselves, another month passed and did nothing. I changed it myself, then I tried to get my money back for another month. As a result, the repair lasted 7.5 months.
The walls are not straight straight. The laminate floats.
They don't take their work seriously.
They say the deadlines themselves, they have never missed the deadline. They argue. They snap back. The director avoids, with the words we will solve everything, there is no result.
The project manager is also foreman Sohib. Zero control over the workflow. I do not advise you to contact me, I am very sorry.
As a result, he took his money out of the door through the court. Attitude is ruined, repairs are ruined, time is spent, nerves are spent.
Don't believe the ads. Don't work with them.
For those who are already working, urgently monitor all the repair processes, walls, screed, etc. do not make my mistakes, who fully trusted them.

Advertising that technical design is provided free of charge, the contract takes into account its amount. During the consultation, the company's manager said that they employ only professional repairmen, and said that they are a large construction company. However, in fact, the company does not have its own employees, the professional qualifications of the repairmen are very, very low...
The workers don't even have tools. We have acquired most of the means of labor ourselves.
To date, the first stage of the repair has been completed. Due to the poor quality of the work (DUP-properly standing walls, which we fixed, broke off crookedly, without cutting or breaking expensive porcelain stoneware), I decided to demolish the next item. The company refuses to terminate my contract, making me a dumpster. Please do not believe the beautiful advertising on Instagram, when concluding an agreement with this company, read the entire agreement and make the right decision after thinking 1000 times. Because they sign the contract on behalf of other companies, not on their own behalf. Based on my own experience, please do not contact this company.

The quality of the work is disgusting, constant alterations. The work is being carried out very slowly and with long breaks. The company does not pay workers money. For almost 4 months, they have not yet reached the final stages. The new brigade is not being deployed because there are no available ones. The director feeds me with promises every day, but the work is worth it. The money is not returned and repairs are not continued. We can't move into a new apartment, but we have a mortgage. In general, if you want a good repair without nerves in a normal time, then you definitely did not get into the UK. They lure you beautifully, but in fact it turns out to be just a hassle and deception. A completely dishonest company and workers are recruited from the street.
