A wonderful hotel. Wonderful breakfasts (hot cheesecake there -fuck off!) . The rooms are well equipped. The capsule coffee machine pleased me (free capsules). Nice SPA in the hotel. Descent to the beach directly from the pool area (the main thing is to take the room key with you so that you can return later through the pool area too). Marianne Front desk manager is Russian-speaking. I solved any requests in seconds. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My name is Andrey Smirnov, I am a film director. I came to this hotel on vacation on 10/25/2022. 29.10 I found that part of the money was missing from the safe - 3,500 euros. There's still some money left. The security of the hotel strongly advised against contacting the police and promised compensation. There was no compensation. After reading the reviews here and on TripAdviser, I realized that the thefts are committed in the same way: it is PART of the money that is stolen from a closed safe and from RUSSIAN tourists, since they are forced to keep cash with them. It seems that the hotel services are aware that a criminal group is working at the hotel, and possibly are involved in it. I am writing especially for tourists from Russia, in order to avoid theft, do not use the Dan Accadia hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from 04/28/22 to 05/29/22 with family and friends. On the last day before departure, it turned out that some of the money had been stolen from the safe. And not only from our room, but also from our friends' room. The loss was not discovered immediately, there was little time to find out. The administration spread its hands, saying that "This cannot be, etc.". None of the hotel staff began to figure out "why this happened", the surveillance camera footage was not picked up. They behaved absolutely indifferently and cynically. We are very disappointed that such "out of the ordinary" situations are allowed in such a five-star hotel. DON'T SET FOOT ANYWHERE ELSE! And we do not advise others. In order not to be unfounded, our hotel reservation number was: 80505/1.

The hotel is obviously not cheap, but probably this is the optimal price, taking into account all factors (location, infrastructure, microclimate in the hotel, etc.). The staff is very polite, almost everyone speaks Russian and it's nice. It is very popular for family holidays, sometimes it is crowded with guests who just come for a weekend to relax, the people are just packed. I liked the rooms, the decor was clean and good. Sometimes I've heard complaints that they don't clean regularly, but according to my own observations, sometimes they just don't have time to adjust to everyone in time due to the influx of guests. There is a good gym, there is a spa salon. The hotel has a great breakfast!!! I've been to many hotels in Tel Aviv, but I've never seen this anywhere else. On Shabbat, they really like to arrange large family dinners and outdoor barbecues on the terraces, the entrance is expensive (unless, of course, you can judge by the guests in gold and trousers, there are plenty of them, like Tarantino was sitting next to him at breakfast). There is a yacht port nearby, there are a lot of cafes and shops. I really enjoyed walking along the beach in the evening.

The hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel. In fact, they will be waiting for you: scattered household garbage at the main central entrance, a peeling ceiling at the reception desk when you fill out the documents for registration at the hotel. Upon check-in, I was greeted by an unmade bathroom with black hair in it from previous hotel guests, they were both in the bathtub and in the shower cabin. But the main shame is the unwashed, probably from last spring, panoramic windows of the room's balcony and decorative glass street partitions. In the truest sense of the word, you could write with your finger on the dirt of the window. We responded to the request to clean the room normally only 3 hours later, when we had already gone to rest after the flight. The sea view from the room in this hotel is more expensive than a standard room and we paid the difference.As a result, we admired the Sea through the mud, thank you. It's not 5 stars or even close to them: neither in quality nor in service. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The pool is small, the garden plants are not well maintained. To be fair, it's worth thanking the cook: we were there on Shabbat and the dinner was excellent. There is also a rather cozy lawn in the courtyard in the form of a lawn with a hammock, children and Mothers will enjoy spending time there. Parking is small. No more than 10-15 cars. And be prepared for the fact that when you call the reception, you will wait 10 minutes on the line. For the 5th hotel and beyond the peak season of guests and tourists, this is an unforgivable rudeness; your comfort is the last priority of the Managers of this hotel. It's not decent to treat guests like that.
