So: everything is bad here, everything is long, low-quality, "any way" ((. Apartments are imperfections that you will have to redo starting with tearing off the screed and eliminating the jambs of builders everywhere: windows, walls, pipes. The price of these uninhabitable premises is 50% of the starting price.
Maybe my and other numerous reviews will save at least someone from this "miracle of engineering." If possible, do not get involved - it probably won't help here, most likely you will run into something like this.

It's a complete rip-off and deception.
In the renderings and in words, they promised everything beautiful, everything is so wonderful. In reality: everything is ugly, tasteless, the designer coloring of the house wants the best, the colors are simply miserable. A huge number of flaws and large joints, both in the apartment and in the house itself.
Terrible installation of heat pipes, in 20% of apartments there were problems with crimping fittings (badly crimped), because of this, someone broke through heat pipes and there was a flood. And this half has not yet started to make repairs and who knows what will happen in a year.
There were delays in the delivery of the facility, for half a year, the penalty was never paid. Ovcharov said that they were not to blame. And the fact that I, as a buyer, should not care about this, he does not think.
But they counted an additional payment to me for "extra square meters", namely for a channel with pipes that should not be squared according to the STB.
At the construction stage, managers ignore questions and don't know anything. Sit and wonder what's with the house, what's with the documents.
In general, the contract does not work towards the buyer when necessary. I do not advise buying an apartment, it is better to contact A100. According to a friend, A100 eliminated everything quickly. And for the extra - really extra 2.5 and the surcharge was not required and they handed over everything on time.

She promises to call me back, but she has never called me back. I wrote a message on Viber, completely ignored it. We paid for the apartment in full, 100% payment, and the manager does not consider it necessary to answer the questions that concern us. Although we try not to bother with questions, we call very rarely. I think the management needs to reconsider the attitude of their managers towards customers. From my experience, I can say that I would not advise my friends to arrange the purchase of an apartment from our manager.

In February 2018, when signing the contract for the purchase of an apartment in the Vogue residential complex, visiting this office did not cause unpleasant emotions, the managers were extremely attentive and cultured, it was unclear where so much negativity towards this developer on the Internet came from. However, later the situation changed. On December 22, 2018, he visited the office of the sales department of Dana Holdings in order to transfer a list of identified deficiencies in an apartment built under a contract in the Vogue residential complex. The managers refused to accept the list of identified shortcomings without signing the acceptance certificate of the apartment. The company's position is as follows: you sign the acceptance certificate, they accept a list from you with comments that they "promise" to eliminate within 30 days, while the keys to the apartment remain with the developer. In fact, the buyer cannot use the apartment, while paying for utilities and bears the risk of accidental death of the property. This situation does not suit me, I offered to eliminate the identified shortcomings and then sign the acceptance certificate, this was refused to me.
During my stay in the office, I met Marina's manager, who was selling me an apartment and asked me to help resolve the issue, she received a list of comments from me and left. While I was waiting for her, I watched as other people "received" documents for the apartment, expressing complaints about the quality of construction. Managers exchanged phrases among themselves in the form of: "what do they want for another $ 850 per square meter?! I would have bought such an apartment myself for such money right now." It was strange and unpleasant to hear such a thing.
After waiting for Marina for 20 minutes, I asked the manager to remind Marina about myself. The manager's name was Pavel. He clarified for what reason I did not want to sign the acceptance certificate, I explained the situation again, he began to refer to the contract and the procedure for accepting the apartment, I reminded him that the developer delayed the delivery of the house for almost a year, after which he suggested that I "address this issue directly to the workers at the construction site." Pavel started talking about the price of a square of $ 850, hinting that I "want too much for such an amount...", voicing the cost of the square that I paid, it was significantly more than the amount of $ 850, Pavel's arguments ran out and he quickly left...
Heading to the reception, I met Marina, who, judging by the expression on her face, she was surprised that I was still in the office. She said she couldn't help in any way, I offered to meet with the management, the management wasn't there, I made an appointment in January 2019.
