Hello everyone I could write a lot about the Dasmia fitness center in the glorious city of Bishkek, which I will do! The hall is located in a small distance from the center next to the ethnopark, I consider this a plus and not a minus, since a walk to the hall in my case from the Discovery hotel allowed me to warm up perfectly before training) Friendly staff (girls from the reception) and managers quickly arranged everything and gave me a pass to the hall), at my request, they gave me a discount on a one-time visit (many thanks to the manager Nargiz, a wonderful, beautiful girl who agreed with the management), my business trip did not allow me to purchase a subscription and the guys solved this problem for 5+🙏🏼 Wonderful, modern, large, spacious, fresh, equipped in the best possible way, beautiful, cozy despite the scope and comfortable hall He immediately captivated me with his qualities! It's all Dasmia❤ It would be possible to add something, but better in order! Friendly staff, huge changing rooms, a super gym, large and clean shower rooms, steam rooms and a hammam, a large swimming pool with mountain views and a children's pool make it possible not only to work hard on yourself, but also to relax after even if you come with a family with kids! According to the hardware; there is everything you need and even more) no one is standing in line, no one is pushing with their fifth points of support))) Personally, it was a thrill for me to walk with lunges after taking off! A super large track in the center of the hall allows you to do it with pleasure! You can take as many steps as you want in one direction👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Without maneuvering between simulators and athletes))) The coaches smile, greet, get acquainted without imposing their services, but most importantly, if you do something wrong, they will definitely tell you guys! The contingent in the hall is very super, there is no mat and show-off, everyone is working and resting quietly) After training, I recommend everyone to have a coffee at the bar at the exit of the hall! Delicious)))
In general; the owners have more good customers, and thank you for the discount👍🏼 Develop and expand! For me, your gym is the best in Bishkek, but I bypassed a dozen of them during a business trip)))

A wonderful fitness club. Arriving in Bishkek, I did not expect that I would find such pleasant and comfortable conditions for fitness classes. Clean air, pleasant pool water, no chlorine at all. High-quality service, they always communicate politely with clients, the coaches come up and help themselves. I was lucky that I bought a subscription for the promotion 2 at the price of 1. I definitely recommend it!

I don't usually write reviews, but this club is worth my attention.
I was choosing between world class and Dasmia.
I took a subscription for a year for some crazy promotion, 50% benefit came out, sort of.
The service is great. From the bell to the first training sessions. We showed the club, gave it a trial. They introduced me to the coaches. I chose Rita as the most positive and energetic coach and I remember this every morning after training. We did a medical digital examination, everything turned out to be normal, but my goals are precisely health. Therefore, the pool and sauna were an important point here. In 1.5 months, I have significantly improved my performance, but I think without personal training I would not have been able to achieve it myself. My pulse got better, insomnia disappeared, I became much more resilient, my abs showed up. And massages are generally a BOMB. I went to Farida and came out completely new, they washed me so much that I forgot where the entrance was. There are finally NO people in the evening. I come at 8-9 pm and all the paths and ellipses are free. This is the first time I've seen this. It would be ideal for the club to work until 24 or even around the clock))
I usually take a taxi, used to be driven along some kind of canyons, now on a normal road. Something has changed on the maps, apparently.
I strongly advise you to go to Khantenir for pilaf or barbecue. You can open the online menu. Salads are huge, after training I often began to take them. In general, it is a very convenient place where everything is there, they say in summer there is generally a top. Really looking forward.

In a word, a pseudo-premium club.. 1) the towels they give out are always scattered sweaty around the hall, no one cleans them up after themselves. 2) The hall is very stuffy! initially, there were mistakes in the layout, there was a swimming pool on the ground floor, because of this stuffiness in the gym. 3) Unreasonably expensive.
