I've had my hair cut in this salon for years, and everything was great. This time I got to the haircut + hydrogenation complex at Evgenia's hairdresser and... left with an unfinished haircut! The "master", on her own initiative, decided not to finish her job, literally saying: "Go get a haircut at another hairdresser," freaking out because of the clarification on the haircut.
I have never seen such a boorish attitude towards clients anywhere. How can a person working with clients afford this?
By the way, the administrator, having heard the whole situation, did not even intervene, did not try to resolve the situation.

Wonderful salon. The most pleasant impressions from each visit. I get manicures and haircuts only here. An excellent massage therapist and cosmetologist. Nice staff, clean, cozy.
