In the Dolphin (Almi, Dzerzhinsky 91) I ordered a mug with a seal. It turned out without marriage, but not in the way I wanted. Without question, they made another one, threw a video of the already finished second mug into the cart and asked if everything was okay? Definitely 5 stars!!! I would add to the review the name of the girl who treated humanly and redid the order, but I do not know her name.

I was very satisfied with the service at this copy center! The staff is polite and professional, always ready to help and offer the best solutions for my tasks. Quite a popular printing center, don't you think? However, I can say that there are enough alternatives to it in Minsk. Why are we talking about alternatives? The fact is that it is banal that less money is spent on printing documents, passport photos, etc. I recommend visiting this place only if absolutely necessary, since only in such a situation would I go there. The second cash register got up because the plotter was turned off, although it could still print on an a4 printer. A queue of 8 people waited for 30 minutes, one intern unloaded the entire queue while the employee tried to turn on the plotter for some reason, at the time of my departure it was not turned on. I will add that the whole fix is to stand and wait for the reboot while everyone was standing with the a4 reports needed in print

I turned to the dolphin in ALMI on Dzerzhinsky. The request is to print 20 pages (10-color, 10chb) in a word document everything is fine, nothing flew off, I asked to check everything specifically, then the guy working at the printing center translated the document into pdf and printed it, the text moved out, of course it turned out to be complete nonsense, although in the word document that I provided, everything remained in its place. For the corrected pages in the pdf, for "editing" I was charged an additional fee, for printing new pages I was charged an additional fee, although the injustice is obvious here, at least I had to reprint only the first 5 pages (and 2 of them were in color). In response to my attempt to figure out the situation, the sales guy began to raise his voice and get hysterical. As a result, I gave 40p for 20 pages. I just wanted to get away from this terrible situation as soon as possible. Moreover, the B/w pages are of terrible quality, the letters are vague. I definitely advise you not to apply here.

I took a passport photo, I didn't look at it right away. For the first time, no one recognized me in the photo, but this photo is for a document. The first time I came across such an unprofessional result, the retouching clearly failed. Science for the future, we'll have to take a photo somewhere else.

Did I spend the money to get angry? 2.It doesn't work well, When I printed it out, he very reluctantly allowed me to familiarize myself with the format of the article, resulting in an additional blank page, and the numbers of subsequent pages were mixed up. I asked him to delete this page. I'm willing to pay the fee. He said he couldn't provide services for me and had a bad attitude. 3. I suffered a double loss of money and spirit due to his poor attitude to work.

In T C Titan, they made a laminated seal, and cut the sheet into cards, disgusting, that's putting it mildly!!!The specialist was satisfied with his work, and it cost 11p, in an hour of work he did this: crookedly cut the laminated sheets, threw one of them away, and the payment was made! The family took a photo for a Schengen visa at the branch of the Dolphin printing house in the Expobel shopping center. The photo was not accepted at the visa application center, because the quality of the shooting is completely unsuitable: flat gray faces that do not look like themselves. The child got one cheek bigger than the other. When they took the photo, they paid attention to it, but they did not think that even at the visa application center they would get used to it. Absolutely not professional in terms of photography. I understand that this is not a portrait art shoot, but not to the same extent! Even retouching didn't help here, although the photographer said he would fix all the joints...

I was photographed on a green card. I looked at the photo at home, and there was a shadow on my chin. The U.S. State Consular Department does not accept questionnaires with photos with shadows. and the Dolphin takes such unprofessional photos. although they supposedly know the requirements for photos. just to get the money. and it is not their fate to take care of high-quality lighting. and there is no fate to reply to the email.
