We know that there are delicious desserts here!
And we often come here.
But here are a number of events that upset us.
1. We bought a couple of desserts after 20.00. We expected to get a discount, as they say, but the cashier counted everything without a discount. To the question 'where is our discount?We were told that the discount is only on croissants! No! We don't mind the money. We will come here again! But if a person made a mistake, it was possible to get out of the situation beautifully, and not blatantly lie! A few days later, we came back after 8 p.m. and we got a discount on all desserts! But here comes the trouble again, while we were having tea on the second floor, all the garbage in bags was pulled out on the first floor right in the middle of the hall. Our appetites were ruined, and then we had difficulty walking between the trash bags.
You need to work with the staff! You need a strict administrator!
Because there are only young people working, and they need to be taught to be a waiter!
We're only coming back because your food is delicious! And I would like to be greeted as long-awaited guests and seen off as old friends!

A great place to relax and unwind, very nice waiters and admin, great decoration. It's more comfortable on the 2nd floor. Great menu, I really like the sets, they change them periodically.

I went to the mall to buy coffee. All the other coffee shops were either closed or engaged in laying out products. Only this coffee shop was open. I liked the coffee 👍 the staff is responsive. While the coffee was being prepared, I was distracted by a conversation on the phone and they brought it into my hands. So the feedback is positive. Rahmet.

I visited the delish cafe, of course, I didn't make an impression. It takes a long time to take orders, the waiters are not particularly eager to come over to take an order, especially struck by their inappropriate behavior (constantly laughing, thinking about something, running somewhere, they are probably specially picked up from the street 🤣🤭) the waiter Natalia and especially the receptionist looked unhappy, it feels like THEY are NOT AT HOME IN KAZAKHSTAN AND WE ARE KAZAKHS AT THEIR HOME IN RUSSIA. The prices for everything are too high, the food is not delicious, dirt is everywhere, even the guest tables are not cleaned at all. The floors are also not cleaned everywhere. I will definitely contact the administration with a complaint from megasilkway so that this eatery is generally withdrawn from sale, let them sell themselves if they have such an attitude towards people who come to them to eat and even bring money for nothing.

My favorite dish is cheesecakes with caramel.
Excellent coffee, tea, decor and atmosphere. If you don't know where to go in Astana, the Delish cafe in Mega Silkway is an excellent choice.
And there is also a loyalty program. What else is needed for happiness!
