It seems like the availability of the necessary goods is increasingly good (but also not always), but the system in this store is very lame in terms of the form of service.
First, it is necessary to pay for the pre-booked goods at the office (this was the case in our case:we booked the necessary things in advance), then you go from the second floor to the "warehouse" to present the receipt and pick up what has already been redeemed. And here you, as a buyer, may encounter trouble in the form, for example, of the absence of a complete person who issues the goods, or with the acceptance of the goods to the "warehouse". And as a result, the buyer who has already paid (that is, they immediately take money in the office) costs 30 minutes-an hour, waits until the movers accept a new product, but they will not give you yours, because they are "busy".
For a moment, this probably doesn't exist in any store, not in any. Since either someone unloads, and someone gives out (there were three people there, one could definitely give out), or close completely at the time of receipt of another product. Few people will want to "pickle" for an hour, especially when there are obviously people who are able to issue an order without prejudice to further unloading of the goods.

Pros: the location near the MKAD for pickup seemed convenient in my case, the stated price of goods is lower than in some others. The consultation on goods is tolerable, the consultant's attitude is lazy. Cons: a very unsuccessful, open and high staircase leads to the store to the second floor of the building, I don't know how they don't fall into the ice in winter. It is not immediately clear in general where the store is located.

With a large order, even at a cost of more than 800 rubles, delivery will be paid (for example, a compressor of 40-50 kg).
Once, for this reason, I canceled their order. I found it on the Internet even a little cheaper and with free shipping))..
There were no questions about the quality of those products, in short, when I bought them.

The price is no longer the best in the city.
The phone does not work stably for them - if it does not ring back, they will never call back.
They probably don't look at emails to the email box (I ordered on Wednesday, canceled the request by mail on Friday — they brought it on Monday - why did I already buy it).
