A wonderful hotel with a wonderful swimming pool. Large two-room rooms. Delicious breakfast. Of the disadvantages, I will probably note only the lack of a bar in the hotel, where you can sip beer or something stronger in the evening

I have already stopped several times, the staff is very friendly, I called that I would arrive at 4 a.m., they were waiting for me, they met me. The room is spacious, there is a refrigerator, kettle, tea, iron are brought on request. A good continental breakfast, but you can choose anything, fresh, delicious, the guys in the cafe are also friendly.

Very nice hotel. Clean, the furniture is not bad and generally good. It was nice to communicate with the staff, especially in the cafe.
There are also disadvantages: part of the number of rooms with a new renovation, and part with the old one. In the old rooms, too, everything is working properly and works, but noticeably. I was particularly unpleasantly struck by the lack of dishes - there are cups and glasses, but there are no spoons to stir the sugar. Well, knives, forks and plates too. I wanted to lower the rating for this, but decided that the good attitude of the staff and the overall impression is more important.

Convenient location, in principle, 15 years ago it would probably have been cool, now the interior of the hotel, especially in the lobby, is stuck in the past, the rooms are clean but worn out, the water is almost not regulated by temperature, but tolerable. Cleaning was done every day, thanks for that. There are no breakfasts, unfortunately, nothing dietary, one day there was not even milk for an omelet. Coffee is also only instant. I didn't go to the SPA

Everything is at the highest level! Breakfasts are plentiful. It's clear! The staff is very polite! I especially liked the cute girl handing out breakfast! There is a swimming pool and a sauna. The hotel is located in the city center: there are shops nearby, lots of cafes!
The only thing is: the pool was closed due to the accident and it did not work, and we came because of it, it was included in the room rate (but we did not make a discount).
But nevertheless, everything else is super! I recommend

Convenient location, slightly outdated rooms, but overall the attitude and service are good. There are many places nearby where you can eat well. There is no closed parking, but cars/motorcycles can be parked in front of the entrance under the cameras.

A small cozy hotel. A delicious and hearty breakfast. The room has a comfortable bed, a kettle and tea, a refrigerator, a TV. The bathroom has bathroom accessories, a hairdryer, and the shower water does not heat up immediately. The room is warm and has air conditioning. Wi-Fi works well.
Very nice girls at the reception, they printed out the documents for me. There is a swimming pool and a spa, I did not use it, it looks good.
One of the disadvantages is an unpleasant smell in the room, most likely due to the fact that there is no window to the street, the window in my room looked out into the corridor. Also, one of the disadvantages is good audibility. It didn't spoil the impression for me, but someone might not like it.
Nearby there is a shopping center, shops, cafes, public transport stops.

A wonderful hotel. A large swimming pool and a very cool sauna, and most importantly is included in the room rate. We really liked it.
The breakfast is delicious and very varied.
The room is clean and cool, sleeping comfortably, the blanket is warm and large.

We are going to Alma-Ata in the summer, we will definitely stay for a day at this hotel 👍

Nice cozy hotel. It is quite a good level for Ust-Kamenogorsk. There are different room categories. The receptionists are very cool, kind, helpful. There is a spa, but for 2 weeks of my stay I never went there)) the breakfasts are good - at home! A great cook is a friendly smiling uncle! One of the disadvantages is that there is not enough basic routine minor repairs.

I really liked the hotel. I was disappointed this year. Cleaning became unimportant. Instead of two robes, one. They asked to vacate the room a few hours ahead of schedule. It turned out that the administrator was new and did not figure it out. There are zero apologies from this administrator. When they said that we would hide this fact in the reviews, we were told: Write wherever you want.

The room was dirty: the hair of all previous tenants was on the carpet, even the furniture was not cleaned, sand was on the windowsill. Except that the beds are comfortable.
In general, if you are going on a business trip, where you will work from morning to evening, and return only for the sake of spending the night, then it will work.
For breakfast, the menu is monotonous with a minimal set, where something may not be. It was funny to hear from the waiter that they couldn't make an omelet because there was a high workload, and only my colleague and I were in the dining area =)

Maybe ten years ago it was a decent hotel, but at the moment I was very disappointed. There is a smell of toilet and dampness in the room, the shower stall flows from all sides, the seams in it are hermitized with silicone, which is covered with black mold. At breakfast, they generally do what they want, porridge with sour milk, bread is cut like hell, I came for breakfast at 09:40 in the morning I was told that the cook had already cleaned everything and therefore he would not fry the eggs, pancakes have the impression that they were fried for a month in advance and stored in the refrigerator and before serving they are not even heated. There are no shelves in the closet, there are three crooked different hangers. I didn't take things out of my suitcase the whole trip, there's just nowhere to put them. One plus is there is a swimming pool. In short, I do not recommend it.
