It's a beautiful place. It's a small but very cozy building. The decoration of the lobbies with paintings is stylish. We got a room on the 3rd floor, Spacious, with a comfortable bed, a decent bathroom. Everything you need is available, thanks to the staff for changing fresh towels. The receptionists and staff are generally pleasant and attentive, thank them!
The breakfasts, of course, are monotonous, but sliced cheese, sausage, hot sausages, and fresh cottage cheese are very tasty, by the way, we always had plenty. Jam is a separate story, very tasty and of four types! Silence, there were families with small children, but apparently on other floors

We visited in May 2024. Very loyal and attentive staff, quiet and peaceful hotel. The breakfasts are excellent, everything is very tasty. Of course, it would be nice if the hotel had an elevator, we lived on the third floor. But okay, it's good to move. I wish the hotel and the staff prosperity. There were some difficulties with calling a taxi, because the address of the hotel is Komitas Avenue, but in fact it is on Papazyan Street.

The hotel is very clean. Daily room cleaning and towel change.
The staff is very friendly and hospitable, the room has a comfortable temperature, I rested here at the end of November. The breakfasts are a small buffet, with all the necessary food. I took a room on the third floor with a large window, before that they settled on the second floor, but there is a small window. My favorite place has been staying there for more than 4 years, near the center and the market. A cozy hotel, friendly staff, breakfasts without much variety, but enough to start the day. Cleaning is done daily, repairs are planned, which is of course time.

A good hotel for one or two nights. The situation is like from the 90s, while everything is clean and in working condition. There is a 24-hour reception, which was important for us, we arrived at one o'clock in the morning. Breakfast is beyond praise. Everything is fresh, for every taste, there is an omelet with vegetables and boiled eggs and sausages, cheese, cottage cheese, cereals with milk, pastries, jam, coffee, juices. We really liked it! We will be in Yerevan, we will stay here!

The furniture in the room is stripped, the walls are dirty, scratched, and the plumbing is old. But considering that we didn't sit in the room, it will do. The bed is comfortable and comfortable. The breakfasts are very ordinary, but we had enough. Considering that we had breakfast 3 times out of 7 days)) we went on excursions in the morning, and breakfast is only from 8:30-11:00 - not convenient! It is not quite in the center, but we walked for about an hour. There are buses, the bus stop is right next to it, it is convenient to get there. Taxis are inexpensive.

A good hotel for 3 people. The breakfasts are monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. We were in late September and early October, the occupancy was decent and there were not enough tables for everyone in the dining room. We were lucky and there were no neighbors nearby, it was quiet. There are friendly girls and a guy at the reception, they will tell you about any question.

Nice hotel. The rooms are quite decent. Excellent location. There are breakfasts. But the only thing that is not clear is why there is no fresh pita bread at breakfast? There are so many bakeries in the area where they bake excellent bread, but not fresh for breakfast! If the administrators see my message and listen, solve the issue, then there will be 5 out of 5 for breakfast.

Cleaning- well, there's already a problem, the rooms are cleaned very poorly, the basement smells of sewage very strongly, and the shower is broken. Overall, the room was dirty.
This is not the first time we stay as a family as the location is convenient and not very expensive. Dear owners of this hotel, pay attention to the service, that is, cleaning and room maintenance, it is not enough to create a business service, it must be provided with dignity and retain the client.

A pretty good hotel for your money. We rested for a week. The rooms were cleaned with dignity. Wet cleaning was carried out every day. Change of linen every other day. They ate only breakfast. The buffet. Not to say that there is an abundance of food, but it is enough. The location is more or less normal. The center of Yerevan is 3 km away. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby. In Turkey, such a hotel would be 5 stars, to put it mildly, I definitely recommend it

But 4 stars for the condition of the hotel. Repairs should still be done already. What I didn't like was the condition of the bathroom and sooooo hard pillows. We slept without them....
